Incredible staff and organization. Went out for a in n out trip to summit Half Dome with some old friends. They were able to create an atmosphere that allowed our small group to soak in the wilderness. The small group size allowed for our guide to share details about the park and he was top notch! I would recommend to anyone looking for an adventure without the stress of logistical planning.

Our guide Dyson took our family on a 2 consecutive days for hikes throughout Yosemite. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped motivate the kids into doing the tough Mist Trail and Nevada Fall Loop which there likely wouldn't have done without him being our leader. The views were amazing! I would highly recomend their company and especially Dyson!

Highly Recommend. Tremendous experience. Cara was a wonderful guide. She shared her knowledge of the Park, the trails, fauna and flora. She contacted us the day before the hike to share information on the meeting place, what we should bring, set expectations and answered all our questions. We laughed, shared stories and had a throughly enjoyable day. She also gave us some suggestions on other hikes in the park we might enjoy. She was well prepared with some snacks, first aide kit and bathroom kit.

We started at Curry Village and it took us two hours to get to the top of Verbal Falls .The trail was a mixture of paved, unpaved and stone steps oftentimes steep, sometimes slippery from the mist of Verbal Falls.I strongly advise taking a rain jacket and trekking poles with you .The views looking up and looking down were absolutely fantastic. We spent an hour exploring the top of the falls.Beyond the top was really pretty .It took another two hours going down.It was not an easy hike .Take frequent stops to catch your breath and enjoy the scenery. The experience was just wonderful!

This is a hard trail but doable.. you do get wet but it felt great with the heat. Many people had ponchos but for the short amount of time your wet we chose not to pack them. There are bathrooms along the way which is really nice since there are so many people around that there is no chance of scooting behind a bush. And we saw a bear!!

Gorgeous views on this trail. Hard steep hike but the falls are a big payoff (only half our party went that far...you can stop at the bridge and turn around). I will say that during early August, there were lots of hikers on this trail, which was a little alarming given we are in a pandemic. Many wore masks, but not all. The hike itself is hot during summer days, but top of hike you can cool off in Emerald Lake, or take a dip in the river on the way down. Spectacular and really a must do in Yosemite.

Half dome!! There wasn’t a half dome option but it was a day hike to half dome. Went up July 23rd. Trey was our guide and was awesome! He spent time with everyone. Got to know all of us and is extremely informative. We left at 5:45 a.m. and got back about 6 pm. We hit the top around 11 am. I have done trips with a guide and have done Half Dome by myself and I think going with a small group is so much more enjoyable and meeting new people is so fun. We all had the common goal to make it to the top. And Lasting Adventures makes sure you can do it. They give you all the info in plenty of time on how to prepare and what you will need. And if you forget anything, they have you covered. It is a great company and they take care of you. Very responsive if you have a question. Within hours I got answers. Another great trip with them. This was my 3rd trip with them. I will go with them again on some other longer hikes.

Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers) had a great day yesterday hiking the mist trail to Vernal Falls and then moving on to other highlights in the Yosemite Valley. Our guide Eric was really friendly and chatty and very knowledgeable about the history of Yosemite and the geology, flora and fauna of the valley. He really knew his way around so we got to see a lot in 5/6 hours and avoided the more populated paths where possible. Thanks for a great experience Eric!
