What To Expect

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses

Three terracotta pits have been excavated and are open to the public. Pit 1, the largest, is believed to contain 6,000 terracotta warriors (only 2,000 are on display) and their war horses. These warriors are life-size, facing east and arranged in battle formation. Particularly striking is the uniqueness of each warrior. Pit 2, smaller than Pit 1, contains approximately 1,300 terracotta warriors and is still under excavation. Notably, the generals, mounted soldiers, and kneeling soldiers are new to this pit. Pit 3, the smallest (represented by the museum and 3D cinema), contains 72 terracotta warriors and is believed to have served as the military headquarters of the time, due to the numerous high-ranking generals unearthed.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square is our meeting point and the return journey will also end here. From here you can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a famous attraction in Xi'an, Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square is free to visit, and you can take many memorable photos here

An absolutely fantastic trip. Our guide, Lina, did a fantastic job in getting us to the Great Wall, sharing her knowledge of the Wall and the history of Beijing, and helped us to choose the best travel options for our group. Excellent tour service, coordination in advance and the details of the meeting, Francis was waiting for us at the exit of the Metro station, very attentive, it was raining and we were not prepared, we facilitated umbrellas, during the change we were pleased with the history and stages of the discovery of the warriors and the unification of the kingdoms, on arrival accompany us and gave us all the instructions to tour the pits, on the return we did not have to wait for anything to take us back to the great pagoda square.
