Followed by another half day tour to see the Shanghai city top attractions, such as Yu Garden, the spectacular skyline on the Bund as well as the panoramic view from the top of Shanghai Tower. An authentic Chinese lunch in the water town, boat ride ticket, entrance fee to Shanghai Tower, private guide and driver service are all inclusive.

What To Expect
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town
Meet your knowledgeable guide at your hotel lobby. After one hour driving, you will start your exciting sightseeing tour from Zhujiajiao water town. It's the best-preserved water town in the area with history over 1700 years. There are old bridges, antiquated architecture and bubbling streams. You can wander along the canal, stroll around the old lanes, visit few houses with gardens. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat riding on the canal to see beautiful surrounding. Don't miss out the opportunity to take some fabulous pictures. Revitalize yourself with a delicious lunch in a local restaurant where you can have some local delicious dishes.
Yu Garden (Yuyuan)
In the afternoon, you will go back to Shanghai city, and visit Yuyuan Garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400years old. You will see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. Or you will have an alternative option to visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple instead(Yuyuan Garden closed on every Monday).

5.00Me and my son thoroughly enjoyed the day tour all throughout and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-organized and varied trip in Shanghai. We were picked up at our hotel promptly and went to 4 different locations each with their own unique charm. Our guide Xin presented us with a lot of cultural and historical information that we found interesting. Our favorite stop, by far, was the Zhujiajiao water town where I tried on traditional clothes and took pictures at the garden there, which as we were told by our guide was far less crowded than the one in the city. Give it a try if you are in Shanghai!

5.00Snow did a great job taking us around to Shanghai tower, the Yu garden and Shujiajiaowater town. We had a really nice lunch and she did a great job telling us about Shanghai history and local Chinese life. Our driver was great as well and made it very easy for us to move from place to place.

She thought of everything, from checking on our dietary needs to selecting a perfect waterside restaurant for lunch. Her attention to detail was unmatched, as she patiently answered every question and even captured beautiful photos for us at every scenic stop. Additionally, our driver was incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable drive throughout the day. Between Caroline's excellent conversation and the seamless experience they provided together, this tour was worth every penny. We will absolutely book with them again when we return to Shanghai.

5.00This tour is the one to book if you want to see the Shanghai highlights plus Zhujiajiao village. Our tour guide, Snow was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was flexible with our plans and guided us through our food and shopping experience. Our transportation was a very comfortable van and our driver Master Shifu did great. We are a family of 5 (2 teens and an 11 yo) and we all loved it! Highly recommend.

5.00We had a wonderful day exploring both Shanghai city highlights and Zhujiajiao Water Town with our guide, Queena. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive throughout the tour. We visited the Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden, and The Bund, and later enjoyed a relaxing boat ride through the beautiful canals of Zhujiajiao. The lunch was delicious as well. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we highly recommend Queena and this tour! She had superb English and her enthusiasm was the best! 10/10
