Accompanied by a professional guide, stroll around the old lanes with antiquated architecture, wander along the canal with old bridges and take the boat on tranquil canals in Zhujiajiao for a half day. Followed by another half day tour to see the Shanghai city top attractions, such as Yu Garden, the spectacular skyline on the Bund as well as the panoramic view from the top of Shanghai Tower. An authentic Chinese lunch in the water town, boat ride ticket, entrance fee to Shanghai Tower, private guide and driver service are all inclusive.

What To Expect
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town
Meet your knowledgeable guide at your hotel lobby. After one hour driving, you will start your exciting sightseeing tour from Zhujiajiao water town. It's the best-preserved water town in the area with history over 1700 years. There are old bridges, antiquated architecture and bubbling streams. You can wander along the canal, stroll around the old lanes, visit few houses with gardens. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat riding on the canal to see beautiful surrounding. Don't miss out the opportunity to take some fabulous pictures. Revitalize yourself with a delicious lunch in a local restaurant where you can have some local delicious dishes.
Yu Garden
In the afternoon, you will go back to Shanghai city, and visit Yuyuan Garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400years old. You will see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. Or you will have an alternative option to visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple instead(Yuyuan Garden closed on every Monday).

5.00Kiki was An amazing guide .. she accommodated us and the children .. she was a lot of fun and very informative also she captured every moment on our phone being a good photographer . I would definitely recommend this tour if you travelling with children . The food was excellent . We didn’t wait in any lines , it was so easy travelling with the children The driver was waiting for us everywhere and dropped us in the front of every point . Spacious vehicle Thank you Kiki !

5.00This day experience in Shanghai was wonderful and a perfect day with a variety of the best things to see. Our tour guide, Snow, was very knowledgeable, spoke very good English and was able to share lots of history. She made sure we got to see and do the things that were important to us and adjusted times to go when it wasn’t as crowded. The water town was lovely and we had a wonderful meal overlooking the water. Of course the Yu Garden was beautiful and going to the top of the tower was fun to see the city from so high up. She even took us to some good shopping spots and helped us navigate quality items. We even got to open a clam that had beautiful pearls and made a necklace. The driver was great as well and always quick to pick us up. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a personal and custom experience.

5.00Our party of six took this private tour and enjoyed our day with Xin. From the beautiful Yuyuan Garden and the amazing Shanghai Tower and city surrounds including the Bund every aspect was covered. The afternoon saw us have a delicious traditional Chinese lunch with so many options on offer before we walked around the ancient town of Zhujiajiao and enjoyed a boat ride down the canals. A day packed with a wonderful mix of activities broadening our learning of this great city. Xin was so warm and friendly and so very knowledgeable. We were given a great insight into the history of the sites we visited and all of our questions were answered. A truly awesome day that we would all highly recommend.

5.00I had a great tour experience with Queena. She was punctual to the minute to pick me up. The tour had a personal car all day. The Zhujiajiao experience was great. Followed by lunch with view of the People’s park. The food was excellent and she took care of my allergy restrictions. Finally the afternoon evening through the other sites Yu Graden, the Bund and the French concession was great. Queena was especially great with helping me with looking for souvenirs. Would rate this team full 5 stars.

From the very beginning, Snow was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She made our whole family feel comfortable, especially our kids—she was so patient, engaging, and genuinely sweet with them, which we truly appreciated. She took us to the Shanghai Tower and even helped us take beautiful family photos, making sure we captured such special memories. Throughout the day, she was very attentive and thoughtful, always checking in on us and making sure we were enjoying every moment. Our visit to Zhujiajiao Water Town was absolutely lovely. The garden was peaceful and beautiful, and the boat ride along the river was one of the highlights of our trip.
