Followed by another half day tour to see the Shanghai city top attractions, such as Yu Garden, the spectacular skyline on the Bund as well as the panoramic view from the top of Shanghai Tower. An authentic Chinese lunch in the water town, boat ride ticket, entrance fee to Shanghai Tower, private guide and driver service are all inclusive.

What To Expect
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town
Meet your knowledgeable guide at your hotel lobby. After one hour driving, you will start your exciting sightseeing tour from Zhujiajiao water town. It's the best-preserved water town in the area with history over 1700 years. There are old bridges, antiquated architecture and bubbling streams. You can wander along the canal, stroll around the old lanes, visit few houses with gardens. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat riding on the canal to see beautiful surrounding. Don't miss out the opportunity to take some fabulous pictures. Revitalize yourself with a delicious lunch in a local restaurant where you can have some local delicious dishes.
Yu Garden
In the afternoon, you will go back to Shanghai city, and visit Yuyuan Garden, a very ancient and well-preserved garden with the history of 400years old. You will see the stylish Chinese pavilion and authentic old architectures. Or you will have an alternative option to visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple instead(Yuyuan Garden closed on every Monday).

5.00Excellent day excursion throughout Shanghai with our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Snow! She and our driver took us to three important and memorable sites: the stunning Jade Buddha Temple, the beautiful and peaceful Yuyuan Gardens, and the unique and charming Zhujiajiao water town. All this and a delicious Chinese lunch at a locals-only restaurant. Highly recommended!

5.00We had an amazing tour in Shanghai and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our guide, Xin, was absolutely wonderful. She has a tremendous amount of experience and deep knowledge of the city, and she brought every stop on the itinerary to life with interesting history, context, and local insights. It was clear that she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in sharing her city with visitors. The pace of the day was perfect—relaxed and comfortable, yet we managed to see so much. The tour struck a great balance between traditional cultural sites and the newer, modern areas of Shanghai, which gave us a well-rounded sense of the city’s history and its incredible growth and energy today. Our driver was also excellent—professional, safe, and very smooth navigating Shanghai’s busy streets. The transportation made the day seamless and allowed us to simply enjoy each stop without worrying about logistics. In addition, the tour operator was very responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. Communication was easy, and they were flexible in making sure the experience worked well for our schedule and interests. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our visit. If you are looking for a well-organized, insightful, and enjoyable way to explore Shanghai, I would absolutely recommend this tour.

5.00We had a great time with Snow! She showed us all of the important sites of Shanghai and provided great detail and information. Our Driver took great care of us and safely took us all around town. Snow took us to a real Shanghai local restaurant and treated us to yummy dumplings! We had a terrific day and highly recommend this tour!

5.00We had a fantastic tour with Snow. Snow was an amazing tour guide and took us to many places that we would not have seen without local knowledge. We had lunch in a popular restaurant which was also incredible and so much food. Water town was an unusual experience but one we would highly recommend to anyone with the time to spare. Again we can not praise Snow highly enough, she made the tour interesting, informative and took some great family photos of us. Again Snow, is exceptional and very very knowledgable.

5.00We had an absolutely incredible experience exploring Shanghai, and it was all thanks to our phenomenal guide, Snow! From start to finish, she made our day unforgettable. Snow truly is the best in the business. She showed us everything there is to see in the beautiful and dynamic city of Shanghai, bringing each stop to life with her knowledge and warmth. We wandered through the breathtaking Yuyuan Garden, rode up to the top of the towering Shanghai Tower for spectacular views, and enjoyed a fabulous lunch where she made sure we sampled all the local specialties Shanghai is known for. One of our absolute highlights was visiting Zhujiajiao Water Town. Taking a peaceful boat ride through the canals—often called the “Gondola of Shanghai,” was such a unique and scenic experience. It felt like stepping back in time! Since the distances between the places we visited were quite far, it was such a nice touch to be driven everywhere in a comfortable car. Our driver was safe and cautious, which we truly appreciated and made the day even more relaxing. Snow didn’t just guide us from place to place—she went above and beyond in every way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. She helped us create memories we will cherish forever. We loved this tour so much that if we could give it 10 stars, we absolutely would! Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Snow is an excellent guide. She promptly met us in the lobby of our hotel which made it very easy for us since this was our first time in Shanghai. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and took lots of pictures for us. She rearranged the tour order in order to avoid longer lines so even though it was the Chinese New Year, we had very little trouble with crowds and traffic. We were able to go up the Shanghai tower, tour the Yu Garden, walk around the Bund and then travel to the water town where we enjoyed a traditional Chinese lunch. Snow went out of her way to make sure we got to see and do the things we were interested in. She even helped us get tickets for the Chinese Acrobat show later that evening. She and our excellent driver provided us a wonderful full day in Shanghai. I highly recommend this tour.
