With your guide, you'll take short ride on the shuttle, making your first stop at the Temple of Sinawava- where you'll learn about ancient legends! After a short 1 mile hike you'll have reached the starting point of the Narrows Bottom Up Hike via the Virgin River. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn how this canyon was formed! It’s all about having the right guide. Justin was so in tune with us and how we were doing. He guided us back and Forth across the river flawlessly. It was a fantastic experience. And then a hike after lunch to give us more Zion experience was very worth while. If you can get Justin as a guide I highly recommend it!

Spectacular tour! Guide Rachel was the BEST! From an on time pick up at the hotel to efficient outfitters stop to get gear, to an amazing educational experience in the narrows. She was attentive to all of our needs and was able to answer all of our questions. Small group is the way to go! We never felt rushed. She balanced a rigorous trek with timely, strategic safety tips pauses, and mindful stopping points to be able to experience, enjoy, and appreciate the beautiful environment. We highly recommend! This was a great tour! The weather was perfect, our guide, Rachel, was experienced and knowledgeable. The small group was the perfect size. The views were great. You should be fairly fit to do the full tour. I do recommend renting the gear! Be aware, your feet will be wet the entire time.
