Too short of a zipline. It was pretty, but you can see what we saw from the ground . The workers were very nice and efficient.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff and experience at WildPlay Niagara Falls Zipline. Our daughter requires wheelchair access. While buying tickets we were promptly greeted by a staff member that helped us navigate ticket purchase and route to the platform. She escorted us in an elevator to the top and laid out exactly how we would recover our wheelchair and where they would drop us off. Staff members at the top and bottom were very helpful in getting our daughter in/out of her harness. They even had their own wheelchair at the landing deck waiting for her and a staff member pushed her to the ATV where they take guests back up the hill. Waiting for us at the customer drop off point was the same cheerful staff member who initially helped us waiting cart side with her wheelchair. We have never experienced this level of care at any attraction. The view is amazing and the staff was the cherry on top. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

It was extremely exciting, but wished the ride was longer. Some music would have been cool, wished it was closure to the falls.

It not as frightening as you think. People called me crazy, but I wanted to do it and it was worth it.

Easy to do, fun, and exciting! We got a little wet at the end but not enough to matter. Great view of the falls!!

Despite other reviews saying otherwise, our particular experience had an astoundingly short wait time. We were up and strapped in almost upon arrival, and it was frankly the most comfortable zip line I've ever ridden! The service was brilliant as well, with employees making repeated attempts at cleaning the camera for us to get a clean unblurred photo. Five stars all around!

It was fun unless you have a fear of heights. It was easy and convenient. Was hesitant at first, but I would do it again.

Employees were ‘late’ and short staffed. We got off to a late start and they only ran one row when there’s four. You have to put your phone away while waiting so you can’t take before pictures. They do have cameras to film the decent and the ‘landing’ The zipping in general was enjoyable.

Zip line wasn’t scary at all. Not over the Falls, over a tree line with a view of the Falls. Part of my “Yes I Can” solo tour, and I DID!

This was a really fun activity! I am glad that I got to do it right before I left Niagara Falls. The falls are so beautiful and the view from the zipline is unreal. The only drawback to the experience is that it took way longer than I expected. The wait time to actually get on the zipline was about 90 minutes (long line to get wristbands and then waiting for the helmet & to get strapped in). The zipline itself is only about 30-45 seconds. That is to say, don't be like me and attempt this activity right before your scheduled train/bus/flight, as you'll probably be an anxious mess. Give yourself ample time to get through the line. I can say that the wait was worth it though!
