Ready to fall in love with Zurich?
Join us for The Ultimate Zurich Adventure—a six-hour deep dive into the heart, soul, and scenery of Switzerland’s most dynamic city. This isn’t your average city tour; we’re talking trams, boats, funiculars, and even a cable car—basically, every cool way to move except teleportation (we’re working on it).
We’ll stroll through charming streets, glide across Lake Zurich on a peaceful ferry ride, and take in jaw-dropping views from mountaintops like Uetliberg or Felsenegg—because Zurich isn’t just about banks and chocolate (though, yes, there will be chocolate).
Your local guide will keep things lively with quirky stories, fun facts, and maybe a few bad jokes (the good kind). Learn how Zurich became a cultural and commercial powerhouse, all while soaking up the atmosphere in a small group that feels more like friends on an adventure.
Let’s make Zurich your new favorite city.

As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience Zurich. This tour was the perfect mix of culture, nature, and fun—trams, a relaxing boat ride on Lake Zurich, and even a cable car with breathtaking views. Our guide, Constantin, was fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and engaging, and he made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. His stories, local insights, and great sense of humor brought Zurich to life in a way I wouldn’t have experienced on my own. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with friends. I left with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a genuine love for Zurich. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

Our guide for today was Constantin who came here from Romania in 2010. There was only one other person on the tour, a finance person from Canada. We started out by walking to the Polybahn funicular, with a short ride to a vantage point to look down on the old city and to admire one of the over 12,500 water features scattered throughout the city. Then he pointed out how bomb shelters are hidden in plan view within the city. He pointed out one of the ancient clocks that provide accurate time when the sun is shining. We also saw many vintage street signs and murals of interest. We walked down by the river for a view of the Roman wall, then walked to the top of the wall for a view down on the city and the river. Constantin pointed out the largest clock face in Europe, even bigger than Big Ben, on St Peter’s Church which dates back to 1336. We went on to view Fraumunster Church with it’s Chagall windows and the mural of the beheading and then took us to where it actually occurred. We then took a train to Adliswil station and the Talstation LAF for a multi person gondola ride up to Felsenegg at 800 meters where we spent about a half hour and enjoyed a cup of tea. We walked down to the bus station and took Bus 156 down to the ferry dock, where we boarded the Albis. We enjoyed about a 40-minute ride making a couple of stops before heading back to the city. Constantin joined us on a tram heading back to Central Station where we got off. He showed us where we could find some good restaurants down a side street.

Constantine was very knowledgeable about Zurich and he provided a great tour. We walked for some of the tour, but also rode a cable car, bus, ferry and tram during our 6 hours together. It was a great way to see Zurich!

We had only one day in Zürich and Constantine showed us as much as we could possibly imagine. He was extremely personable and helped us understand what Zürich and Switzerland were really like. At the end of the story he helped us find our train platform for the next day. It was well worth the money.

This tour was a great way to see Zurich! And it includes every manner of transportation available in Zurich, except for a car! Though the weather was a little drizzly, the views were still spectacular! Our tour guide, Constantine, was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting facts about the history, the various locations and the culture of Zurich. I enjoyed the experience very much!
