5.00My experience with chocolate is minimal. After taking this tour with Simona as my guide, I can say my understanding of the history of chocolate and the many steps it takes to make chocolate has elevated! The tour was of 3 different chocolate boutiques with 3 very charismatic and knowledgeable chocolatiers. Their passion for the cacao bean matches that of Simona’s!! As we walked from place to place, Simona shared her knowledge of chocolate. Lastly and in a side note, I went to the wrong meeting spot and I was so disappointed because I thought I missed the tour, when my phone rang…it was Simona. She came and found me and I was able to experience this very insightful tour!!
