This tour is a must!!!! It combined the perfect experience of learning about Zurich’s history, tasting chocolate, and a lovely boat ride (with indoor and outdoor seating)! John was friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and overall fantastic! I would 100% recommend this tour.

It was amazing. Our guide was high energy, lots of fun and truly knowledgeable about so many different parts of the city. I don’t know how she remembers all of that. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We lucked out and there were only 2 of us (my boyfriend & I) on this tour. Our tour guide, Teresa, was excellent because she spoke English as a primary language. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We took a free Zurich tour the day before so some of the tour was repetative but this included stops at 2 chocolate shops (not chocolate making shops as I thought) plus a very nice cruise on the lake. I thought the fee was a bit high but chocolate was provided for free at 2 stops and also hot cocoa at another stop. Friends on a similar tour did not have a long lake cruise like we did when they went to the Lindt chocolate factory.

Great tour! This is a great way to get to know the main highlights of Zurich and taste their amazing chocolate. This was a small group tour which I joined with my family. Juliana was our guide and she was amazing. Very polite and very friendly. This tou is offered in English and Spanish which is great. Juliana made sure to answer all our doubts and took very good care of the whole group.

A very interesting walking city tour with a duration of just over 3 hours. We met Teressa just after 9 at the Swiss Museum next to the main station. First port of call was Buchmann's store, this included some lovely chocolate as part of the cost of the tour. We then carried on the walk with Teressa showing the many sights of Zurich, the tour concluded with a 90 minutes mini cruise on Lake Zurich.

Our walking tour of Zurich was fabulous. Theresa was a wonderful guide. Knowledgeable and passionate about her city. We had a cold and snowy day but that just added to the experience. Tasted some lovely chocolates and took a ferry ride on the lake.

This tour is an excellent way to see the highlights of Zurich in a short amount of time. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging, and the city tour gave a great overview of the main sights and history. The chocolate tasting was delicious and a fun Swiss touch, and the lake cruise was peaceful with beautiful views — definitely a highlight. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Highly recommended for first-time visitors or anyone wanting a relaxing and informative experience.

Great overall experience, even in the winter. It was nice to get out and explore with others, try some local chocolate, and sight see a bit on the cruise. Our guide, John, is really what made it worth it — a kind, friendly guide, and we really appreciated his insights and tour stops.
