2.00The tour was overpriced for what we got. The guide was pleasant but her English was 75% understandable. Thank goodness we had just come off another 12 day tour of Switzerland or we would not have understood the history ‘lesson’. Guide walked very fast and did not wait for the group to congregate before she began speaking about the area. There was a triathlon in the city and streets were closed off. Guide should have done research ahead of time on routes to take which could have saved the group extra walking through detours. Felt very rushed from site to site…tour was supposed to last 4 hours and we finished in 3 hours. On a positive note…boat cruise was nice and chocolates were tasty.

5.00This trip was very well organized and led by an extremely confident tour guide. Kateryna had such an excellent personality and kept us very well informed. We totally enjoyed our time with her and the excursion. Guests should be reminded there is a reasonable amount of walking involved

4.00Hello George. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We loved the flow of the tour with the hour long cruise permitting us to rest and enjoy beautiful lake Zurich & ending with one last delicious bite of chocolate. Perfect!

1.00The guide was great. The tour was terrible. $356 for 8 pieces of chocolate. You can save the money and go to three chocolate stores and save $200. The tour guide was amazing. We loved her. Unfortunately, we would never recommend doing this and we really regret this.

4.00The tour was great. Interesting topics, fun walk and boat tour, and the chocolate was amazing. However, Viator gave us bad information on the times. The booking said the tour started at 10 am. This was wrong. It started at 9! If the tour guide, who was fantastic, hadn't been worried about us and called us, we would have missed the tour entirely! If she hadn't coordinated with us to meet up after the tour had started, we would have had no experience. Very disappointed in Viator

5.00Teresa greeted us at the meeting place and got to know us as we waited for others. She was very friendly and informative throughout the tour. The chocolate stops were a big hit! She really enjoys her tour guide role and it shows. I would recommend this tour to others.

5.00There were six of us on the Zurich Chocolate tasting tour. Teresa was the guide, and she was knowledgeable and very efficient. In three hours, we covered a lot of ground and learned some new things. Highly recommended.

5.00Our guide Teresa was fun & informative. She took us to places other tour groups had not. Her knowledge of the city history was well delivered, and offered some gems of information I previously had not heard. The walking pace was easy, with some hills & stairs, but nothing too overwhelming. The ferry ride at the end of the trip was a nice relaxing end to the tour. The chocolates & gelato enjoyed along our journey were amazing.
