Great overview of Zurich, especially Altstadt area. Lake cruise was relaxing with good views of Zurich and surrounding area. Our guide Ben was excellent, and as a historian and archaeologist by training he is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the city and its history. He was also helpful in providing some recommendations for dinner.

Teresa was personable and informative during the tour of Old Town Zurich and the river cruise. The chocolate stops were an extra treat. We saw a lot of places we had missed on our own. Very enjoyable and very recommended!

Great tour! A mix of history and practical knowledge about the main areas of Zurich. Solid photo ops, and scenic views. Chocolate shops were excellent, glad we got to mix and match and it was included in the tour. My favorite were the chocolates with fruit forward flavors. The boat ride was amazing and the perfect end to the tour. Would highly recommend John as a guide!

It was amazing. Our guide was high energy, lots of fun and truly knowledgeable about so many different parts of the city. I don’t know how she remembers all of that. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We lucked out and there were only 2 of us (my boyfriend & I) on this tour. Our tour guide, Teresa, was excellent because she spoke English as a primary language. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We took a free Zurich tour the day before so some of the tour was repetative but this included stops at 2 chocolate shops (not chocolate making shops as I thought) plus a very nice cruise on the lake. I thought the fee was a bit high but chocolate was provided for free at 2 stops and also hot cocoa at another stop. Friends on a similar tour did not have a long lake cruise like we did when they went to the Lindt chocolate factory.

Great tour! This is a great way to get to know the main highlights of Zurich and taste their amazing chocolate. This was a small group tour which I joined with my family. Juliana was our guide and she was amazing. Very polite and very friendly. This tou is offered in English and Spanish which is great. Juliana made sure to answer all our doubts and took very good care of the whole group.
