This is a long day- 12 hours, so be prepared. Instructions for the meeting place were good, and check in efficient. Bus very comfortable. 2 hour ride (roughly) thru many, many tunnels into the countryside. Stopped for a few minutes for a photo op at a scenic overlook (hint- stay with the group and don't wander off, we had to go back and pick someone up who did that and were left behind). The first stop is where we had some issues- our tour guide took off like a shot at speed-racing pace thru town. Nobody could keep up and we ended up spread over about 3 blocks. There were older and slower folks for whom this was untenable. When everyone finally caught up, she seemed quite put out, as she had already told the first few folks the instructions and had to repeat them. When asked if she could slow down in consideration of the entire group her reply was "I cannot walk slower". All for what was really a medium at best waterfall view. Back to the bus and on to Grindenwald, the highlight of the trip. You have like 3-4 hours there, and unless you want to stay in the small town will need to buy another add-on. Almost everyone opted for the gondola ride up to the mountain top area. It is 70 swiss francs ($87.50 USD) per person. The gondolas each hold 6 people, although most had 2-4. 25-30 minute ride to the top (they run continuously like a ski lift) and the ride was pleasant, but the view at the top spectacular. Maybe the whole reason to come on this tour. There are paths, and the "cliff walk", a metal trail attached the side of the cliff (free to all). There is a restaurant (pricey) and restrooms. We spent several hours there, rode the gondolas down (no waits) and had a pricey lunch in town (It is Switzerland and everything costs a lot). Back to the bus. At this point I need to mention our bus driver, Hugo, who saved the day several times. He dropped up off at the gondola station instead of a long walk across town which may have caused a mutiny, and later, navigated an alternative route to get by a bad accident and long back up on the highway. Last stop - Interlaken, which should have been shortened, altered or eliminated. We are all tired. The main drag is a collection of tourist shops and 90 minutes was WAY too long. Why not a shorter stop at one of the scenic viewpoints just outside of town so we could see the lakes? Would have made a much better day. Going up the mountain in Grindenwald is what made this trip.

Wonderful day exploring three amazing towns and seeing the breathtakingly beautiful Swiss Alps. Great tour guides who were both friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to all.

A great way to explore scenic and picturesque towns around Switzerland with plenty of time in each place (unless you want to do one of the rides at the top of Mount First which can have wait times of several hours). The guides were great, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour with guides Milton and Varena (and driver Jimmy)!

Perfect day trip! We were greeted warmly at the meeting point and made to feel welcome. We loved each stop and wished we could have spent a few days visiting each one but felt like the time allotted was just right for this type of tour. Olga was a delight as was her coworker and the bus driver was skilled and pleasant. Thank you for a well thought out itinerary; we had a truly memorable day and have fantastic photos to keep the memories alive forever.

The Alps were stunning and the villages gorgeous. There was a really good amount of time in Grindlewald to catch the gondola up to Mount first, go for a walk, eat a delicious lunch and take many photos. Interlakken and Lauterbrunnen were great to spend some time in too. Thank you Nilsen for taking good care of us and sharing lots of great information.

There was no indication in the description of this tour about how much walking there would be up & down steep inclines. I have compromised knee and would never have chosen this tour had i known how strenuous it was.

The tour is basically a bus to the 3 different stops. You must separately pay for your activities in each town. The tour would have been much better if the options for activities were included in the full ticket price rather than having to pay a second time for the activities while on the bus. The scenery was breathtaking! All in all it became a very expensive day with the added attractions that were offered at an extra cost.
