Zurich has a beautiful, historic old town. Many of the buildings are several hundred years old. In small, private groups, we, two local residents, will guide you for about two hours through winding alleys and cosy squares, right across the old town on both sides of the Limmat river. We will visit places where you can feel the rich history of the city and which can only be reached via special access.

5.00This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Especially since everyone in the group had arrived today and were all tired. My favorite part was a couple side quest tours of the old sewers and Albert Einstein's locker. I would recommend this tour as the first thing you do if you're new to Switzerland.

5.00My guide Arianna was delightful and offered very interesting pieces of historic background while taking us through the tour. I’m vet glad I chose it as I had little time in Zurich and this allowed me to see short glimpses of important sites. She also knew good sites for pictures which was a bonus

4.00Our tour was very interesting. It was after dark and churches were closed, so it was not the same itinerary as advertised. But we still walked in the historic district and we saw Einstein's old locker in the University. We were able to ask questions about life in Zurich with our guide. I only wish that we had done the tour sooner in our stay in Zurich, instead of our last day. We got tips on some additional out of the way stops that we never got to visit.
