Our guide, Belinda, was excellent. She kept about a dozen or so of us interested by her informative explanations and pleasant demeanor.

This tour was one of the worst ones I've ever been on. The guide was not well spoken. She asked if everyone was a tourist. When that fact was established, she went on to ask nothing but trivia questions as if we should know the answers. This was tedious as she was mic'd but we were not. We could not hear people's answers. She then commented on and laughed about their answers. She isolated and confused everyone who could not hear what was happening. She told cringy jokes...told two young girls (twins), roughly 10 yrs old that wine was not for them and laughed hard. These girls were having an awful time, you could see it. The information she covered, when you could hear it, was not interesting or important. She left us standing too long at stops. In the last week I have taken guided tours in Berlin, Bern, and Lucerne. All were tremendously better than this one. We actually left the tour after one hour as my family of 3 could not bear it. The tour guides name was Alla.

Don’t worry if it is raining, wrap up and enjoy a walk through time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and happy to take questions. We only had a short stay in Zürich, but it was definitely enhanced with this tour.
