Zurich is a beautiful town with tons of history. We have heard very little of it, do not believe we have seen all main parts and tour ended after 1,5hrs even we left 10mins after scheduled time.

The tour lasts two hours at a leisurely pace and covers much of the Old Town. Our guide, Anna-Marie, was engaging and interesting, and we enjoyed listening to her. A great introduction to Zurich.

The oversimplified, ambiguous meeting point instructions contributed to me standing around at the wrong meeting point. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to join this trip. What surprised me most was that the tour operator, Zürich Tourism, refused to give me a refund or even a partial refund, and didn't acknowledge this issue might be on their end, even after I screenshotted how the instructions clearly didn't show a map of the meeting point. Better to find another tour operator, there are plenty who take better care of paying customers.

This was our first visit to Zurich. Our guide, Andrea, was fantastic! She showed us around town and offered valuable information about the history of Zurich and the best places to eat. Followed her suggestion for fondue at Swiss Chuchi - absolutely loved it!

Our Zurich tour guide was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Not only was he very familiar with and proud of his city, but he went well beyond the requirements of his job to help us return to our hotel. This tour was extremely interesting and informative, and was enjoyed by all of us.

The tour was in English and German. But the lady has taken enough time for both languages. No question remained unanswered.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. It is evident she loves her job and loves Zurich - I’d recommend Anna and this tour highly to those who are interested in learning more about this beautiful city.

This might be an acceptable tour, if there were headsets. Unfortunately, there are none. The tour starts in the train station with thousands of people and dozens of trains and proceeds to the street where there are hundreds of people and trolleys. After 10-15 minutes, I left the tour.

We had a great walking tour of Zurich old town with Elizabeth. She was very informative and guided us to very interesting places. We enjoyed the history coupled with great views of Zurich. Please note that Zurich is on hils so the walk involved steps and slopes.
