A reasonable level of fitness is required for this walk. Once off the beaten track into the old town there are a few steep climbs and cobbled pavements The views from these vantage points are wonderful. Please be aware that the walk does not end back at the Tourist Information Centre at the Station. Eric gave a good overview of the city - both past and present. He shared his photographs to help support his talk. With so much to see the two hours passed by quickly.

The sent me the wrong address. My wife and I showed up and no one was there. This is a rip off. I suggest if you book to confirm and get a separate email of where you are supposed to meet the tour guide.

Zurich is a beautiful town with tons of history. We have heard very little of it, do not believe we have seen all main parts and tour ended after 1,5hrs even we left 10mins after scheduled time.

The tour lasts two hours at a leisurely pace and covers much of the Old Town. Our guide, Anna-Marie, was engaging and interesting, and we enjoyed listening to her. A great introduction to Zurich.

The oversimplified, ambiguous meeting point instructions contributed to me standing around at the wrong meeting point. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to join this trip. What surprised me most was that the tour operator, Zürich Tourism, refused to give me a refund or even a partial refund, and didn't acknowledge this issue might be on their end, even after I screenshotted how the instructions clearly didn't show a map of the meeting point. Better to find another tour operator, there are plenty who take better care of paying customers.
