Michael was very knowledgeable and his English was very good. He gave insights as a local as well as the history. It was lightly raining the whole time which was unfortunate but that did not dampen his enthusiasm.

Viator or tour company had 2 different address locations. The first address led us to info booth near lake. When I went back to website there was info saying to go inside main train station hall in front of tourists info office which was half mile down street. Maps showed we would arrive 1 minute late so we had to speed walk. I was so worn out by the time we reach the guide. Then she had 29 people on the tour and instead of stopping in quieter area across street to explain things where we could hear, she stayed in main traffic area with busses and trains going by. She had a weak voice which didn’t help even when we asked her to speak louder so we could hear. There were many older people in group (including me) and she simply didn’t stop to see if everyone was keeping up. Everyone was American and not used to walking hills like her. I found the guide to be insensitive to the needs of the people. I give her a zero. The tour was also very boring not really taking us to anything we could’ve seen on our own. I wish we saved our money for something else!

Elisabeth was very knowledgeable about the Zurich and old town area and showed up places we probably wouldn't have seen. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Alla was informative and knowledgeable and personable. Old city Zurich is fascinating to walk through and experience. Too many people in the group (18) and the surrounding din in the railroad station and on the main streets made it far too difficult to hear which meant too much information was missed. This should be done with a microphone. I would only recommend if standing beside or directly in front of the guide
