Alla was informative and knowledgeable and personable. Old city Zurich is fascinating to walk through and experience. Too many people in the group (18) and the surrounding din in the railroad station and on the main streets made it far too difficult to hear which meant too much information was missed. This should be done with a microphone. I would only recommend if standing beside or directly in front of the guide

Our guide, I do not recall her name was very well informed,, wanted to share as much information as she could fit in two hours. I enjoyed every minute of the tour. I highly recommend it.

There are some very steep parts in old town, but well worth it for the views and history! Our tour guide, Rosie, was wonderful.

This tour was average. The guide's voice was so soft that we could hardly hear her. Further, the use of a microphone should have been done.
