5.00We did a day trip to Lucerne and Interlaken as a family of four, and honestly it was one of the best days of our trip. Balihar, our guide, felt more like someone we already knew—very friendly and easy to talk to. He even shared where he studied, which made us feel we were in safe, professional hands. He’s very knowledgeable about the history of the towns, but explains things in a simple and interesting way, so it never feels too much. The journey itself was super comfortable. The van was clean, spacious, and his driving was very safe and smooth, which really matters when you’re traveling with family. One of our favorite moments was when he stopped at Brünig Pass just so we could enjoy the view. The Alps looked absolutely stunning there. He also took us to a 100-year-old café where we had coffee, and that little stop made the whole trip feel even more special—thank you for that. Lucerne was beautiful with its old town and lake, and Interlaken was just breathtaking with the mountains all around. We had enough time at each place and never felt rushed. Overall, it didn’t feel like a typical tour—it felt relaxed, personal, and really enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Balihar to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
