This was an average tour. We spent a good deal of time driving around town on a bus with lots of traffic and some commentary that was sometimes difficult to understand. The walk through old town was more like 15 minutes because of the traffic. The boat trip is 20 minutes and basically a ferry ride. When arriving at Lindt, via the ferry, you're provided a ticket and audio guide and then you can return on the ferry or on your own. The ferry to the museum, and the museum tour are things you can easily do on your own, so I'd recommend schedule a walking tour and then go do the other things on your own. Less money and you can fit it to your own schedule.

The tour operator was extremely helpful when I was late arriving to the meeting point (due to a very long slow line at customs control at the airport). Once I arrived at the meeting point, they were very helpful with getting me oriented to meet up with the group at the pier. They showed me a few stops I could do along the way to see some of the sights. Meeting up with the tour guide Ana was very easy. She even had a few options for me to return to the airport to ensure I didn't miss my connection.

The sites visited were wonderful. The bus transportation expedited travel to sites. But the tour leader walked in front of the group so those in the rear could not hear. Tour needed audio earphones. . When asked to repeat what was said, we were met with the response to listen better. Would not repeat excursion.

Very informative and enjoyable . Our guide, Franzesca was wonderful. She went above and beyond in helping us navigate the transit system to get us back to our hotel . We appreciate her helpfulness over and beyond what was expected.

We booked the full package, including FIFA museum. The bus tour in the beginning was ok, although there wasn't too much more to really see than the nice views high up on the hills by the city. Our guide wasn't too informative and she spoke a bit quietly, so she was at times difficult to follow. The walking tour part was also otherwise fine, but much of what the guide sad was impossible to hear as there were so many people around and noise and she did not speak loud enough. The boat trip to the chocolate factory was nice as well as the visit there, which was of course done by ourselves - the guide abandoned us at that point. We took the longer boat trip back to the city and went to the FIFA museum also by ourselves (it was intented to happen that way, so it was fine). The museum was ok, but unless you are a true football fan, very quickly visited. The best part of this package was that it included a 24 hour ticket to the public transportation in Zurich, which we took advantage even the next day.

It was an excellent experience. The tour guide, Angela, was super friendly, professional and totally dedicated to offering us the best at all times. We felt very comfortable and happy with it throughout the tour. You can see that he has a great knowledge and that he prepares his explanations very well. In addition, he constantly cares for the well-being of the whole group, making sure that no one is left behind and that we are all satisfied. It even offers different options and adapts the language according to needs. For example, we did the tour in English and there were times when we missed some details. However, Angela always repeated the important information in Spanish and made sure we understood everything. In short, an unbeatable experience. A 10 in every way. Thank you very much, Angela! We toured Zurich and Lindt Home of Chocolate.

This tour is well structured and we had a very informative guide (Verona). The comfortable bus tour lasted about 1 hour and covered the central city and Old Town areas. There was a short stop overlooking the lake. Note that you do not actually have time to see the Chagall windows at the Fraumunster church; which you can return later to do. We opted out of the majority of the Old Town walk as there were numerous steps. The tour includes the Lake Zurich boat ride which was very scenic. The Lindt tour is self paced with audio guides. There are several options for returning to Zurich (completing the short lake cruise circuit; returning directly by boat; and returning by bus). The included transit tickets are good for 24 hours.
