Very bare bones tour. Bus ride around Zurich. Very brief walking tour in Old Town. Although it is advertised as an option there was no FIFA museum option made available, much to my grandson’s disappointment. Public transportation boat trip to the Lindt museum. The museum was OK and of course there was a lot of chocolate. Public transport bus ride back to the starting point. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

Could not hear the guide, too many people. Tour of Lindt was fabulous . Wonderful staff. Think would be better with mic on guide or smaller number of people. Easy to get back by bus as instructed.

We enjoyed our tour. The guide was thorough and enthusiastic but quietly spoken and the group was HUGE so it was often hard to understand what she was saying. At least two of the stops on the coach were not worth the time. The tour of the old town was not very interesting. The cruise and the chocolate factory were great but it would have been easy enough for us to do those on our own.

Amazing experience! Included everything I announced! We saw places in the city that perhaps without the tour we would not have seen, the boat ride very enjoyable and the facilities very well maintained. The chocolate museum is a dream, I recommend it!

My wife and I took the Chocolate & City Tour with Fernando and it was absolutely fantastic. Fernando was a great guide and made sure everyone was informed on the history of the city and brought us safely and comfortably to the Lindt factory despite the rain.

There’s more walking than you might think. Our guide, Daniel, was knowledgeable, too soft spoken, it often was difficult to hear. He needs a microphone.

Though we had a good time, I am not sure I would book this particular tour again. It seemed a bit expensive for a quick overview of Zurich. However, our guide was very good -- very thorough with all directions and very easy to understand, unlike other tours I have been on.

We are a family of three from the UK, and this trip to Switzerland had been planned for a long time. Zurich was our very first stop, and we were full of curiosity and excitement about this beautiful city. Joining the Best of Switzerland Tours “Zurich and Lindt Home of Chocolate” excursion turned out to be the perfect start to our Swiss adventure! Everything was wonderfully organized — the coach was comfortable, the pace was relaxed, and our guide, Ms. Khushnum, was truly exceptional. Thanks to her clear explanations, we not only saw Zurich’s most beautiful sights but also came to understand so much more about Switzerland’s culture, history, and daily life. The panoramic drive through the city gave us a great first impression — from Lake Zurich and the Opera House to the Zürichberg district and the charming Old Town. The short boat trip on Lake Zurich was peaceful and lovely. Of course, the highlight was our visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate. The architecture is stunning, the interactive exhibits were fun and educational, and the unlimited chocolate tasting was absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed relaxing at the Lindt Café and browsing the world’s largest Lindt Chocolate Shop for gifts to take home. The tour ended conveniently at Zurich Main Station, and the included 24-hour ticket made it easy for us to continue exploring on our own. It was a perfect combination of sightseeing, learning, and sweet indulgence. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zurich — and a heartfelt thank-you to Ms. Khushnum, our wonderful guide and the Best of Switzerland Tours team for such a memorable beginning to our Swiss journey!
