  This tour group is customer focused. There were unplanned delays due to factors out of the control of the driver or guide. They managed to make this a memorable day for all. They provided me complementary p/u and ran to my hotel as I was traveling solo. Caution: This is a full day. Do not make plans for the evening

• Very Disappointing Small Bus tour

  I have been on a number of Viator’s all which have been good to wonderful. This experience was awful and not what I paid a lot of money for a small bus ,all day tour. Switzerland was beautiful but we had NO tour guide. Driver played a recorded message about the area for about 20 minutes, bought us tickets to ride gondola and train and left us to navigate on our own with minimal direction. He did the same at Interlaken, dropped us off and said be here in an hour. When asked if there was anything we need to know about the city he just said go enjoy but be here in an hour. Alll members on our tour were disappointed and shocked that we did NOT get a guided tour of this beautiful area. It makes me hesitant to book with Viator again!

  Strongly recommend this tour. While it is pricey that is because transportation to the top of the mountain if pricey. Our driver and guide was excellent. I can’t recommend the top of the mountain enough - the views and experience is something you’ll remember forever. The ice palace is equally incredible. The description from viator makes it clear that this is not a tour where you will be with a guide the entire time. The driver is your guide and he will get you there, acquire your tickets and explain how the experience works and then let you go and meet you later to return you to Zurich via interlaken. So if you need a guide to hold your hand the entire trip this may not be for you, but our driver was great and I think for most people the trip should work perfectly.

  Driver played very loud music on the bus with minimal guidance of the tourist spots we visited / passed by. Did not get to see the famous lake at Interlaken but dropped us instead on a street without much sightseeing value. I would not have joined the tour and could have opted to travel to Jungfau myself instead.

  We were left without tour lead and we didn’t even know that we will be without any lead. It was just a driver who was doing a lot of things on his own.

  This was an amazing day. Tony was great! We took he train to the top of Jungfrau and to see the size of the towering mountains was absolutely awe inspiring. Also the stop at Interlaken was impressive. To see all the sky para gliders was amazing.

  Driver / Tour guide is great but never get to Jangfrau due to bad weather condition. Killled time in Interlaken. Nice little town but waited too long before driving back to Zurich.

• Go with “Best of Switzerland” tours instead. Your money will go further (if anywhere at least)

  (Read full review) For your own sanity, please do not go with this company. You will regret that you did based on how cheap it is, and ruin the rest of your vacation. For me, this was my first time in Europe, and the last time I’ll ever used Viator or its subsidiaries. I suggest you do the same. Waited for over an hour to get picked up at the airport bus station which was a listed location that they provided on this tour. They said to come 30 minutes early which we did. Contacted them asking where they were through the TripAdvisor and was left with no response until they had left. Before they left, I even had to contact Viator through a stranger’s phone and they confirmed they would be coming at 7:50. They never did. Ended up wasting hours, $1000 CAD that was not refunded to me. They claimed that the “instructions were clear” and left it at that. Horrible experience. Would give negative stars if I could. Luckily, we went to Zurich HB and was kindly able to join a tour with Best of Switzerland. The guide and staff were so kind and patient with us. In fact, by the end of the tour, we ended up booking again for the following day as soon as the tour ended. We could not be more happy with this company, and suggest that everyone use it. Note: I do not have any ties with Best of Switzerland, it was just good enough that I had to leave a review for them in place of this disappointing scam of a company.
