  We booked this experience because we wanted to do the Chocolate factory tour for my daughter and they were sold out for the weekend and she insisted on visiting. So this was one other way to get in and probably throw in the Zurich tour as well. The vehicle we got and the 'driver' was very nice but he was no fluent English guide as we were promised. He could barely speak English and that meant the experience was very limited and not value for money for what we paid. Not the fault of the poor driver but definitely from the company running the tour. Hence my rating and review for them

  One of the best tour companies I’ve worked with ever. We took three different tours with this company, the day trip to Titlis and Lucerne, the Zürich city tour with the cruise and the chocolate factory at Lindt, and then the whole day tour to Interlaken and Grindelwald. We had two different tour guides and they were both excellent, arrived on time, picked us up at the hotel, took us where we needed to go and gave us useful insights and helped us with the photography. Carlos is very experienced and a wonderful guide with lots of useful information. All three tours were truly private with just the guides and ourselves, communicating with the company was very easy by WhatsApp and the company was very flexible with changes. I will most definitely use this company on my next visit to Switzerland. Carlos knew some sites that most of the companies do not take you to, which are worth visiting such as a unique place inside Zürich University.

  The city tour was ok, the chocolate tour was great (but you can go cheaper). This was a way to do it in one day. Not really worth the price, but not a bad tour. One issue, our tour pick up was moved up an hour earlier with little notice and then the guide showed up 40 minutes earlier than that and sent someone up to try and hurry us up more to start 100 minutes earlier than scheduled! That was not cool.

  David was a great guide, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Good guy! The city was clean, loved the slower pace of Zurich v Paris!

  Our tour guide, David, was a pleasure and the excursion was well worth the price. He picked us up at our hotel, which was very convenient, and took us to Zurich University. There was a beautiful view of the city from the university. He then gave us a short walking tour of old-town Zurich. After we walked through old-town, David led us to the ferry on Lake Zurich and told us to get off the ferry at the second stop. As we sailed the beautiful lake, David drove to the stop and was waiting there to pick us up and take us to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. The museum was well worth a visit (yummy!). He then delivered us back to our hotel. This was 4 to 5 hours well spent. It is a perfect excursion for your first visit to Zurich.
