How to Set Advanced Pricing for products on Tourmatic?

Step 1:

In the "Person types" section, if the product is a "Private tour", enter the base cost = 0 and switch to the "Advanced Pricing" section to input the private tour price.

For "Shared tours", you can also choose to use"Advanced Pricing" to set the product price.

Step 2:

In the "Advanced Pricing" section, select "Person count" with the total number of guests for the private tour and enter the total tour price.

Select "Weekends" to add a weekend surcharge.

Select "Range of days" for holidays and special dates to add a holiday surcharge.

Click "Save" when finished.

You can choose to set advanced pricing per person

or set the total price based on the number of people booking the tour.
