Very disappointed of how this tour was organised…

1.00We’re so disappointed because of this company which organised this trip. The bus was so old and not very comfortable, also not very safe. The feeling was like it’s gonna broke anytime during the trip. Next problem was that we choosed English guide and our guide barely speaks English. He speaks only Chinese and knows some words in English which is really unfair. We expected a guide with who we can talk to. It would be okay if we choosed Chinese language but we didn’t. Another problem was the time tour gave us. In plan we supposed to have 1 hour in Werribee Mansion but we had only 20 minutes to see everything. And on the last stop in Ballarat we got only 15 minutes. So we had to run because of the time. Places which we visited were so nice and I highly recommend to visit them but not with this company. Go there by yourself or just buy some better tours.

4.00Had a great trip. Enjoyed seeing inside and outside of Werribee Mansion and Sovereign Hill was worth the trip. Our driver was helpful considering I do not speak Chinese, I was able to understand his instructions that he said in English.
Set the expectations right.

3.00I was expecting a tour bus or atleast a van that'll give enough leg room and not elbow to elbow in a 7 seater mini van. Also I expected to go inside Werribee Mansion but was told it's not part of the tour because payment is required. When in the tour inclusions it says admission included. The rest of the day was fun. Specially sovereign hill and the park. I wasn't so happy when I was caught by surprised to be dropped off on a different location after the tour. If only the expectations were set right from the time of booking it would have been better.

5.00What a wonderful trip it is. We spent exactly 4hours in the Sovereign Hill and had plenty of time to explore all activities, such as gold mine tour which I personally strongly recommend (need extra paid), However, the experience was very different and worth it.
