I could not use the booking because it was not clear how it works. Even the tourist information on site could not help me. After downloading the ticket, it was not clear how to proceed.

I found it very difficult to stay on the trail so wasted a lot of time doubling back, which ultimately meant it took too long and I didn't complete the tour.

The app doesn't work in any other language than French. Viator can't provide support and the app maker's still have not replied for my support request, 3 days later! I don't think they undesirable people travel on s schedule and that their app has to work in the language chosen... the map is utterly confusing and the GPS doesn't work properly. To add insult to injury, they refused to refund, I guess I'm required to accept the language their app forces on me even if I don't speak that language.

The route around Arles was very good and took us through many beautiful and interesting parts of the city. The map worked well and was easy to follow. However, we booked the experience in English, while both the audio and the text content were in French. That was a bit disappointing and made it harder to fully enjoy all the information during the tour.

Loved the ease of use! The voice was pleasant to listen to. We were able to start listening to the information before getting up to the attraction.
