My wife and I took the two hour llama hike with (I believe) James as our guide. We had delayed our hike one day as it was rainy and apparently very muddy. Our day was clear and cool and only a bit of mud near the end (wear comfy shoes that can stand some mud). The hike was beautiful and James was a great guide, with lots of llama lore and local info. There are some climbs, and I needed to go slow (67 yo, and at 6000 ft) in some places, but very doable. Overall great experience.

The llamas were very well behaved. Very fun. You don’t get to hike with llamas everyday. I’d give it a 10

Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about the area. My llama’s name is Jimmy and boy we had a blast. My spouse had Wolfie and he was also a good llama. If you have an opportunity to do this tour, do it. The area is very close pretty and we learned a lot about the history and saw some very cool things. After the tour we fed our llamas treats and then we met the rest of the llamas. So much fun!

My family and I went on a two hour unforgettable Llama adventure! From the very first calls for information, Mary Lou was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and added insight to make the process seamless! Our guide, Luke, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and made the hike memorable! Each member of our family had our own Llama, each having there own personality !This is truly a one of a kind adventure not to miss!

We enjoyed our 2-hour llama trek with our guide, Katie, and our llama companions Ace and Hershel! Katie was very informative about the surrounding geology and about the care and training of the llamas. We were the last guests of the season and the special attention Katie gave us.

Most incredible trip! Katie was an amazing guide who made hiking with the llamas like walking our dogs at home. The llamas were so sweet!

Why in the world would you need a llama for a 2 hour hike? Over night maybe, but don't you think you can carry your own water bottle for 2 whole hours? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of! Good Grief!

Our family of four (2 older teens) had an amazing time!! Kristie (spelling?) was an awesome guide - explained how to lead our llamas well, kept an eye on us and them, and shared interesting stories. The llamas were tons of fun - such expressive creatures, each with their own personalities. We’re animal lovers and this was the perfect experience. Add in the amazing views in Torrey, and this couldn’t have been better!

This was an WONDERFUL hike—may have been the best 2 hours of any of our recent travels! Phil was our guide and in addition to teaching our group about llamas (they’re much more than cute!) he led us through gorgeous scenery and gave us a great education on the geography, history and landscape we were traveling through. We really didn’t want our 2 hours to come to an end. We highly recommend Wilderness RidgeTrail Llamas!!
