This tour is a great introduction to Italian foods, local markets, and local people. Get a real Italian vibe as you experience the hustle and bustle of a morning market. Here you will see people going about their daily business purchasing their fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and cheeses, etc for the days ahead.

Expect to find the highest quality Rome has to offer. We will start with a pick-me-up local and freshly prepared Coffee or "café"

After our introduction and Café, we will begin to explore the market together. Whilst exploring you will learn all about the Roman and Italian lifestyle and how foods are integral to daily life. We will proceed to try tasty local treats including meats and cheeses, pizzas, and much more.

This was an amazing introduction to Madrid. Lydia was an amazing guide and the food was excellent. 100/10 highly recommend! Mushrooms were so awesome and the squid sandwiches were also great! So so good! Do it at the beginning of your trip so you can go back to the restaurants!!

The experience was very enjoyable, informative and delicious, mostly thanks to our guide Sanaz. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, accommodated everyone's needs and made us laugh throughout the tour. The food and wine was of course amazing, but the personal touches she provided really made the tour worth it.
