5.00What a surprise to see this wonderful collection outside Egypt! Well preserved, well displayed and very professional in the description details of each exhibit. Our guide, of Egyptian origin, was extremely well read and an expert in Egyptology who gave us a fantastic insight into the world of those times in Egypt. A MUST visit when in Torino.

5.00There is so much to see at the Egyptian Museum and our tour guide helped us focus on the most important artifacts on display. He was very knowledgeable of Egyptian history and even helped decipher some of the heiroglyphics.

5.00The tour was lovely. We were able to get a little coffee beforehand around the corner and then got started. The building is immense and you won’t be able to cover everything in this tour, but it was very in depth and you could tell how passionate our guide was about Egyptian history, the artifacts and the small details of each era, piece, and space. From stone work to actual mummies, and some digital recreations, you get a full view of Egypt from ancient to less ancient to old. If you enjoy history, definitely a worthy stop in Turin.

5.00Very informative in a limited way as the museum has so much information. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history well. We couldn’t see every exhibit in the two hours but our guide did a good job with highlights and answering questions.

5.00Exceptional guide with many years of experience in Egypt and other countries. I believe that for this type of museum and to better understand the various historical periods, it is necessary to have a guide; as for the professor who accompanied us for the 2 hours (which literally flew by), it is always a pleasure to listen to a highly knowledgeable person like her with a passion like hers.
