This was a highlight of our trip with Ian teaching us several cocktails and the correct way to make them. He is extremely knowledgeable of mixology and the history of how some drinks came about. It was an enjoyable couple of hours listening to his stories of information and making and shaking our cocktails!!! Highly recommended.

The group size was small, which made the experience very intimate. Our instructor for the class was amazingly knowledgeable and made the class very fun! Learning and practicing in the class made us want to go home and continue learning more. The drinks and the snacks were delicious! Highly recommend!

It was a fun thing to do when you are looking for an experience other than tours. The host was very knowledgeable about the history of speakeasies and how cocktails got their start. He showed us techniques on how to create two delicious cocktails.
