We rode twice with Norm as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, having grown up here and lived here his whole life. He was funny, entertaining, and an excellent driver through some pretty harrowing, narrow streets!

Nice way to see Victoria. The full route is about an hour and a half if I recall correctly. The drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. For the most part, buses were on time or within minutes of scheduled time. The problem is not knowing where stops are, especially the initial stop near the cruise port. They are not marked very well. It is ony a red sticker on a pole most times. They only sell tickets at the Empress Hotel stop I guess, but apparently you can buy them online by scanning a barcode at the various stops. We didn't know any of this until we were basically done. We couldn't find the first stop at the cruise port so we walked to Beacon Park. We then caught the bus there, but hadn't bought tickets yet as we didn't know the process. The driver let us on anyway. We then bought our tickets at the Empress and boarded the next bus that started the run. Our tickets weren't checked. Technically we could have ridden for free the whole time. But later when we got off at one stop and got back on at another, a different driver did check our ticket. All in all, it made our day much more convenient and enjoyable once we figured it all out.

Amazing way to know the island in 90 minutes. The 11:30 am driver was great and organized and inform us of the stops. The 7:30 driver was not organized that the customers from passenger cruise were dropped not at the Fan Tan Alley but a few blocks away. Kept on talking but not about the island. We stayed for two nights, but for passenger cruise customers, who had limited time, I pity them. But the driver was nice in dropping the limited mobility customer right very near the dock of the passenger cruise terminal. That was an extra stop which I appreciated.

It does not include bushard garden. Kiosk was kind of hidden. We went hotel inside n. Then asked n they pointed to kiosk. Ideally need more visibility. Bus tour was great. Also we had to Uber to collect keys to reach main location. Which was extra cost.

Overall it was a good experience and the drivers were great. However, it is advertised as a 24hr bus but it is not. We were told they all stop at 6 PM.

Obtained interesting information about City from Bus Driver and Recorded Tour Information. Enjoyed Drop Off at Pier Area and enjoyed Variety of Food Selections and Souvenir Shop.

The experience was nice, although it was pre-recorded, which was a bit different from what we've experienced before. Considering the price, I was hoping for a bit more. I did enjoy the places we passed by, but if I visit Victoria again, I might look into trying a different tour service for a fresh experience.

Best to do a little research and decide ahead of time where you want to hop off. The narration was fun, interesting and informative. Some locations on the bus are harder to hear than others. Great option for cruise passengers who want to visit parts of town far from the pier.
