What To Expect
Come to my home to cook, have lunch, and socialize with an Italian family. You can choose three recipes to cook from scratch. Not only pesto sauce, but also dishes from all over the Italian region. You can find some examples here, but I can show you the full menu list when you book. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free are welcome. After about one and a half hours, lunch is served with good Tuscany wine (2 glasses included), limoncello liquor and espresso coffee

The famous basil sauce from Genova to fill in the lasagna. Then we add green beans and Besciamelle sauce.

In Venice region they cook the cod fish in milk with onion and it is delicious

First, you learn to make gnocchi, then we cook with tomato sauce and mozzarella and basil
