What To Expect
Let us show you around the waters of Juneau Alaska! We will pick you up in our complimentary bus (30 mins each way) and take you to our custom 40' catamaran with individual seating for 20 passengers. Once aboard our vessel our experienced naturalist and captain will take you out for 2.25 hours to show you the thriving marine wildlife in SE Alaska. We have designed our vessels for this area with spacious walk around decks so you can view whales in a more intimate setting. Join us for an experience that is a step above the rest.

5.00Our captain TJ and naturist Daisy where absolutely fantastic. They made us all feel welcome and they where a great laugh. And a bonus we got to see humpbacks and orcas. As there was only 19 of us we could all see them easily. Thankyou fantastic enjoyable time

5.00We were able to see several whales with TJ and Andrew leading our tour. We were able to see one of the named whales(Flame) and Andrew took some very good pictures and airdropped to our phones. We had approximately 20 on the boat with elevated seating inside and ability to walk completely around the boat on the outside. They were constantly finding the whales and lining us up for some good pictures or videos. TJ got notification of Orca whales in the are which he indicated was very rare and was able to catch up to them and was amazing to see. Great glacier viewing as we returned back to the marina with TJ stopping and Andrew took our picture with our phone in front of the glacier. Cedar was our driver for Juneau whale tours to and from the marina and really enjoyed the information he provided as he has lived there his entire life. You don't have to worry about getting a good view as this is a small group setting and you will be able to see just fine. Highly recommend this tour and know you are supporting a small business in the area.

5.00This excursion was phenomenal! I highly recommend this experience. The boat was nicely enclosed with a wrap around outdoor deck for viewing when we were near the whales. We saw numerous humpback whales, too many to count., it was whale soup. Then our captain got word that there was something special to see. We raced to another spot and much to our delight we saw a group of black whites, it was spectacular. JWT is a small company and you can tell how much they care. They were just as excited as we were. The tour is for a max 20 people, you are not fighting for viewing space. Skip the cruise excursion and book this tour.

5.00We saw many Orcas and Humpback pods. Intimate experience. We were only 3 passengers so we were all able to see the whales. Andrew And TJ JWR Tours were great hosts! (Booked with Viator).
