Meet your instructor and a small group to begin your Brazilian culinary adventure. No experience is necessary, and you're bound to learn something new about Brazilian cooking and culture, whether you're a novice or an expert chef. Your group will create several traditional Brazilian dishes such as fish moqueca plus appetizers and the classic caipirinha. As you cook, you’ll pick up techniques you can easily repeat at home, and your host will capture a few candid photos so you can remember the experience long after it ends. Follow the step-by-step guidance, taking notes if you like. Most ingredients are easy to find worldwide, making it simple to recreate everything later. You’ll also receive our digital recipe book and a curated Belo Horizonte Food Guide to keep exploring local flavors. When the meal is ready, sit together to enjoy the dishes you created and toast with a homemade caipirinha served in your complimentary wine glass. Maria Elisa was really patient and dedicated in every recipe and interaction with us. I came here with my boyfriend that only speaks English and he had a really good time, tasted delicious food and tested my knowledge in Brazilian cuisine and facts, was a really immersive experience like having dinner with a friend. 10/10 recommend for friends and knowing more about locals.

Maria Elisa was amazing and I wish we had someone like her everywhere we traveled. She was very hospitable and had some games to make the experience very enjoyable. Would definitely rebook with her if there was an opportunity down the line! Thank you! (6 stars)
