Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up at your hotel in Moshi/Arusha and will be driven to Tarangine National Park via Arusha. The drive will be approximately 4-5 hours so sit back relax and get to know your Nafika Tours guide. Once arrived, you will spend 3-4 hours driving within the park, that is famous in having a big number of elephants and huge scattered baobab trees. Other mammals like giraffes, antelopes, lions and cheetahs can be seen here but it’s not a guarantee. Lunch is provided during the day, but a word of wisdom although the local vervet monkeys may look cute they are mischievous especially when it comes to food, so hold on to yours tightly. At roughly 04:00 pm we will leave the park and drive to Haven Nature Safari Camp for your dinner and to spend your first night.

After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species.

After breakfast we will start our game viewing. Serengeti is huge (with 1400km2 it is nearly the size of Northern Ireland) and we will see only a small part of it during our drive in the North Serengeti since it is known as the heart of Serengeti National Park and having a huge diversity of animals, especially cats (Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs). After the game drive we will enter into Ngorongoro Conservation area for dinner and overnight. We suggest having warm clothes and light gloves because it can get quite chilly and windy in the highlands.

Today you will be picked up at your hotel/campsite after an early breakfast; we plan to start very early in order to be able to spend 7 hours in the park before transfer back to Airport. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the few areas in Tanzania where you can find such a breathtaking blend of scenery and wildlife coupled with a fascinating historical and cultural element. Today we expect to see rhino, elephants, lions, giraffes, pink flamingos, hyenas, etc. After a 6 – 8 hours game drive you will start to make your way to Airport/Moshi/Arusha.

From my very first inquiry until the end of my journey, every interaction was handled with such warmth, care, and professionalism. The trip and trek were both absolutely incredible — the Nafika Tours team takes care of every single detail and makes you feel like part of their family throughout your adventure. Our lead guide Aloyce and the entire team of porters were simply outstanding. They worked tirelessly every moment to make our experience unforgettable. They were always well-prepared for anything, no matter how big or small, and made our safety and comfort their top priority. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nafika Tours, it’s a truly professional company offering top-quality service. We also had a wonderful safari experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and our driver and guide, Kelvin, was exceptional, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. 5.00We went for a 5 day Safari trip with Nafika Tours, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Our driver/guide is Kevin and he’s a superstar! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive throughout the trip. Thanks to his sharp eyes, we were able to see so many animals up close (leopards, Rhinos, cheetahs…)! Defo recommend for my friends and hopefully I can come back again for a longer trip next time (think we need 7 days at least!)

We visited several National Parks and were lucky to see so many amazing animals ,leopards, lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many more. :) Our guide, Kelvin, was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and made the entire safari experience even better by sharing so much interesting information about the animals and nature in Tanzania. The safari vehicle and accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Nafika Tours to anyone thinking about going on a safari. This trip gave us memories we will treasure forever!

5.00Amazing four day safari. Ronald was attentive, insightful and patient. He was friendly and explained a lot about the animals and local environment. He was a great guide. We were well looked after and the tour was adjusted for our needs and preferences. Elias was helpful in suggesting different accommodation options and suggesting we also see the Great Migration while we were on the tour. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and the food was delicious. We were blown away by the local hospitality, infrastructure (clean toilets with attendant at all time everywhere in the park) and even payment facilities (we could pay by card anywhere) - we would highly recommend Nafika Tours for your next safari

5.00Our safari with Octavian was simply unforgettable. We had dreamed of this trip for so long, and everyone at Nafika Tours made it a joy to plan. They were so patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful every step of the way. Our hotels were all fantastic, and the itinerary was carefully crafted, but what made it truly magical was Octavian. He was amazing – he gave us the trip of a lifetime! We saw so many incredible animals, from nearly 100 lions to elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, wildebeests, hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, baboons, warthogs, mongooses, ostriches, and even rhinos. Each day was full of fun and adventure, and Octavian made every moment special. He always knew the perfect spot for the best photos and made sure our days were beautifully balanced between excitement and relaxation. For eight wonderful days, he made every day memorable and fun. 5.00We recently returned from an incredible 6- day Big 5 safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, all perfectly organized by Nafika Tours. From our pick-up at Kilimanjaro Airport to our drop-off at the end of the trip, everything ran seamlessly. The itinerary and accommodations they recommended were excellent, with Into Wild Tented Lodge being the highlight of our trip! Our guide, Edween, worked tirelessly to ensure we had the holiday of a lifetime. His extensive knowledge of the national parks, as well as the flora and fauna, was shared with us enthusiastically. Edween went above and beyond, finding everything we hoped to see and more. We wholeheartedly recommend both him and Nafika Tours to everyone! Some of our favorite moments included watching a young baby elephant running after its mother, spotting lion cubs in a tree, witnessing a cheetah with its recent kill, and, of course, visiting the hippo swamp. Edween even taught us some Swahili, which added to the experience. One thing we particularly appreciated was how well Edween managed the entire schedule. Thanks to his vast experience, he always knew exactly how long we should spend at each location throughout the day, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed. We always arrived at our lodges in time to settle in before dinner, with plenty of time to relax. We will treasure the memories of this 5-star experience for the rest of our lives.

5.00Nafika Tours made our trip to Tanzania really amazing! Elias, who planned everything, was super kind and patient. He even surprised us with a cute "happy anniversary" cake during the briefing. The hotels Elias recommended were perfect, especially Ngorongoro Serena Lodge and Into Wild Luxury Tented Lodge. The schedule was planned really well, giving us enough time at hotels and on safaris to enjoy everything. Elias made sure we were okay the whole time, in case anything unexpected happened, but luckily, nothing did. The best part of our trip was hanging out with our driver, Edween. He wasn't just a great driver; he made every drive fun. Edween knew so much about animals and Tanzanian culture, and he made sure we saw all the animals we wanted to see. He was patient and respectful of our time and privacy, making our trip even better. I highly recommend asking for Edween as your guide and Nafika Tours for your trip to Tanzania.

5.00We had an amazing safari with Nafika Tours. Elias, from Nafika Tours, helped us plan an itinerary that worked perfectly with our schedule. He was quick to respond and very flexible when we needed to change our plans because of flight delays. It was our anniversary, and Nafika Tours surprised us with a cake, which was a lovely touch! The airport pickup was smooth, and from there, Nafika Tours handled everything seamlessly. Our driver and guide, Edween, was fantastic. He knew a lot about the animals and took us to the best spots to see the Big 5 and other elusive creatures. He was also a skilled driver, navigating through the parks with ease. 5.00After thorough research, we chose Nafika Tours to plan and book our safari. The decision was influenced by their strong recommendations, local expertise, positive reviews, and the fact that they surpassed our expectations in service. Their prices were reasonable, falling between high-end and budget options. Surprisingly, we found their lower-priced hotels more appealing than the higher-priced ones. Nafika Tours lived up to the excellent reputation. The success of a safari heavily depends on the guide, and luckily, we had Michael assigned by Nafika. Michael was an outstanding guide, a knowledgeable naturalist who effectively communicated. His spotting skills were remarkable, pointing out wildlife we would have missed, and he excelled in interpreting radio reports, guiding us to sightings even when other guides were elusive about locations. As a driver, he demonstrated care and considerable skill. Our journey covered Arusha, Tarangire, Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Witnessing the herds of Wildebeest and Zebra in Ndutu before the Great Migration, and then seeing the Migration underway as we left the Serengeti, were unforgettable moments. With excellent lodges. our safari car was luxurious, featuring open roof, a fridge, WiFi, and charging cables. Overall, our Tanzania trip with Nafika Tours was truly enjoyable, thanks to Michael's professionalism. I highly recommend Nafika Tours for a memorable safari experience in Tanzania.
