What To Expect

Once a booking is made, we will contact the customer to confirm the necessary details. For airport pick-ups, we require the flight number and scheduled arrival time. For port pick-ups, we need the name of the ferry and its estimated time of arrival in Santorini. For transfers within the island or for departure services, we simply require the preferred date and time of the service. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service, using a fleet of new Mercedes sedan models to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability throughout their journey. Our vehicles are perfectly suited for couples or up to three passengers or groups of eight. For groups of four or more, arrangements must be discussed in advance to ensure appropriate vehicle availability and comfort. Additionally, due to limited trunk space in certain car models, we kindly ask customers to provide information regarding the amount of luggage to ensure a comfortable and efficient transfer.

We had the best experience with Santorini Private Luxury Transfer. We met them first day of our trip at recommendation of our restaurant and continued to use them throughout our vacation in Santorini. Both drivers were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Reliable and on time. Car was black Mercedes, beautiful and very comfortable. Always provided us with water. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

I booked Michael during my one-day business trip in Santorini, and the service was excellent throughout. They were consistently punctual, ensuring I arrived at all my meetings on time. A complimentary bottle of water was provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The driver was professional, courteous, and attentive, and even assisted me with booking dinner at the end of the day. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice for transportation whenever I return to Santorini. Highly recommended!
