We really enjoyed our visit - 5vof us, for 4 was their first visit. Trip was organized well - and just the right amount of time in each area. A couple of comments: if possible would be nice to go to an area that has more activity. We were in building 6 but not much going on as the 767 activity had almost come to a halt and no 737 Max activity yet. Also, there wasn't any B-1B merchandise and the B-1B wasn't displayed in the big showcase with all the Boeing aircraft. One other thing, when we arrived the tickets we were given were for a date ne t week, so we had to start over and have our tickets reissued. Your guides were extremely knowledable and very helpful. We had two people in our group with some mobility challenges and they took good extra care with them.

Our motor coach driver, Matthew, was enthusiastic and I appreciated his cautious driving and regard for seatbelts and safety. His personal guided audio tour played as we drove up to the Boeing Factory. It was informative with great music weaved in. Our Boeing Factory tour was led by Jack. He was very knowledgeable of the facility and airplane specifications. He answered our groups many questions with tact and even cracked a few light jokes in between stops. The flow of the Boeing facilities was just right. Never felt rushed and plenty to see. Instructions and all communications from Victor leading up to our tour were helpful and easy to follow.
