What To Expect
Istiqlal Mosque
After we arrive at Istiqlal mosque we can do some pictures of mosque and Cathedral at outside. Before we go in the Mosque we the guide bring you inside then Explore the mosque will be completed to other travelers. while entering the mosque providing to take off shoes due to of Muslim regulation and we stay waiting other travelers to explore by local guide. Istiqlal also called Independence mosque which is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and the 9th largest mosque in the world in terms of worshiper capacity. after finished proceed to across the street on one hands off most experience then visit the old church.
Jakarta Cathedral
After we arrived at Church then we just take some photos out side or we can visit while you can see the design of Cathedral in Jakarta. Cathedral is one of the old church standing before the mosque, so the area has in a story since Dutch era. This is neo-gothic church was consecrated in 1901 having been rebuilt at same location. The Jakarta cathedral is located near Merdeka square, presidential palace and in front of istiqlal mosque. we visiting in one step then continue for sightseeing and photostop at monument.

5.00Great intro to many physical and cultural aspects of the city - old and new areas, history, mosque and cathedral, puppet making demonstration. Our guide Gibran set a relaxed flexible pace (it was pretty hot!) and was very knowledgeable. There were many points of interest and photo opportunities.

5.00Great half day exploring Jakarta with Gibran! Gibran was super knowledgeable and told us a lot of very interesting information and history about Indonesia and Jakarta. We had a lovely morning visiting different beautiful and very interesting sites around the city. Jakarta can be intimidating for a first timer but this tour took us to some great places that we had never been able to find on our own. We highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Jakarta! Thank you to Gibran and our amazing driver! We had a great time!

5.00Mohammed and his mysterious driver- the illustrious Mr. Clickman. This city tour was so much fun! I've been on about a half dozen of these throughout my travels; this was honestly the best experience. There is such a wide range of culture, architecture, and history in the city of Jakarta. I had no idea what this place was like when I showed up but after the tour with Mohammed, I really feel like I know the city. Muhammad has a wealth of knowledge, he also did a great job of breaking things down so I could get a grasp of the overall picture. I am very pleased with my experience, and I highly recommend this tour.
