What To Expect
National Monument (MONAS)
At Monas (the National Monument), travelers can stroll through the large Merdeka Square, explore the National History Museum inside the base, learn about Indonesia’s independence story through dioramas, take the elevator up to the observation deck for panoramic views of Jakarta, enjoy the spacious park areas surrounding the monument, and take photos of the iconic 132-meter tower topped with a gold-coated flame.
Jakarta Old Town
In Kota Tua Jakarta, travelers can stroll through the historic old town’s colonial-era buildings, visit museums like Fatahillah Museum or Wayang Museum, enjoy street performances and local snacks in the main square, explore charming cafés and art galleries, take photos of colorful vintage bicycles (onthel) and heritage architecture, and soak in the nostalgic atmosphere that reflects Jakarta’s Dutch-era history.

5.00とても丁寧な説明と愛想の良い対応で非常に満足しました！行きたい場所を効率よく回れるルートを考えて下さったり、ジャカルタの歴史についてすごく詳しく説明して下さり、学びの多い旅行となりました。 車に乗って移動するため、暑い中を歩くよりもとても涼しく、荷物も運んでくれたり、空港まで送ってくれたので、自分達だけで行動するよりも快適に観光できました。何より愛想が良く、陽気な方だったので、会話を通して仲良くなれて、最後にツアーガイドの奥さんから手編みのチャームもプレゼントしてもらい、とても温かい気持ちで旅を終えることができました！✨ I was extremely satisfied with the very thorough explanations and friendly service! The guide planned an efficient route that took us to all the places we wanted to visit and provided detailed explanations about Jakarta’s history, making it a very educational trip. Since we traveled by car, it was much cooler than walking in the heat. They carried our luggage and drove us to the airport, making our sightseeing much more comfortable than if we had gone on our own. Above all, they were so friendly and cheerful that we became good friends through our conversations. At the end, the tour guide’s wife even gave us a hand-knitted charm as a gift, allowing us to end our trip with a very warm feeling! ✨
