A great quick history lesson on Vienna and Austria. Great for kids, too. And the AC was welcome on a hot summer day. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. I highly recommend!

Very bizarre attraction. Given everything Austria has to offer I can't understand why this rates so highly. We went purely on the basis of reviews here. You'd be better gping to some of the museums.

It was a good time with a variety of experiences however some ‘rooms’ felt rushed and we didn’t have time to read info placards. Good commentary on headset in own language synced well with exhibits. Raffael at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Combined ticket with Sisi’s amazing journey is a good idea.

I was with my school class at Time Travel. This exhibition provides a good insight into the history of Vienna. The various interactions and presentations of the displayed content engaged the young people and made the tour diverse. I recommend every visitor to take the tour, as it provides a quick overview of the history of Vienna.

There were two of us at Time Travel Vienna, and we additionally booked the combo ticket with the Sissi boat tour. Unfortunately, the visit did not really pay off for us overall. We would like to highlight the beautiful vaulted cellars – they were atmospherically really well done and one of the most exciting parts of the tour. The animated personalities like Sissi, Franz, Mozart, or Strauss were quite entertaining as well. However, the rest did not convince us. The guide seemed rather bored and simply led the group from room to room without any particular enthusiasm or interesting additional information. Moreover, VR and 3D glasses were used at two stations, and the VR glasses had to be held by oneself, which was somewhat annoying. A head mount would have been much more comfortable here. Additionally, we wondered how often these glasses are actually cleaned or disinfected, as they are simply placed back on the seats after use. Especially when many visitors are processed daily, it does not leave a particularly good feeling. The 5D cinema was also rather average for us. At the Sissi boat tour, we found the entry quite successful – especially the ride through the canals under Vienna was atmospherically well done. However, afterwards, one suddenly "flies" over the sights of Vienna, which, in our opinion, did not really fit with the rest of the concept. Overall, the price-performance ratio unfortunately does not work for us. The idea behind the attraction is good, but the execution did not convince us. Therefore, we cannot necessarily recommend Time Travel Vienna.
