Please note that access to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica is subject to Vatican regulations and official events and may close these areas without prior notice. However, your ticket will still grant access to the Vatican Museums and partial refunds cannot be issued

Visitors with a certified disability of more than 75% are entitled to free entrance and do not need to purchase a ticket, but they are still counted in the group, so the guided tour portion must be reserved. Please contact us so we can assist you better
Please note that this tour involves extended walking, stairs, and areas with limited or no elevator access. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with serious mobility difficulties
Guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids must follow an alternative accessible route and therefore cannot join the standard group itinerary. Access to St. Peter’s Basilica from the Sistine Chapel is never permitted with wheelchairs and mobility aids. Please contact us before booking so we can assist you with the most suitable option.
Strollers are allowed inside the Vatican Museums only if foldable, as they may need to be folded and carried during certain parts of the visit, especially when the Basilica option is selected, and must remain folded inside the Basilica
During high season, a mandatory security check to access the museums may require a wait of up to 30 minutes
Photography is not permitted inside the Sistine Chapel
We're sorry, but late arrivals will not be able to join the guided tour due to Museum regulations
Basilica access, if selected in your option, is permitted only with the guide, and the priority cannot be used independently as it is included through a shared group reservation

What To Expect
Vatican Museums
Start your experience by meeting your host or, if included, your expert tour guide, who will provide your skip-the-line tickets and help you access the Vatican Museums. For guided options, headsets are included for clear commentary as you explore some of the museum’s most celebrated highlights, from the Pinecone Courtyard to the Pio-Clementino Museum and the stunning Vatican Galleries. Your guide will bring the collections to life with stories and insights along the way. If you select the ticket-only option, your host will escort you to the entrance and you will then visit the museums independently.

We were running a few mins behind to arrive and the company assistant Andrea called us and helped us find the office, otherwise I think we would have missed the tour. Overall very satisfied with tech and mics to hear everything and our group was 19 people but it didnt feel overwhelming.
The Vatican Sort of….with the Basilica

4.00Claudia was our tour guide. She was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the Vatican culture and patient with questions. Tour just moved really fast and I would have liked time to explore the art a bit more. There were several rooms we did not get to see unless we were willing to run and separate ourselves from the group. The climax was the Sistine chapel and NO pictures were allowed. St. Peter’s Basilica was every bit as big and beautiful as promised. You can’t help but be impressed at the workmanship. After a brief introduction to the church we were sort of left to explore on our own. Biggest disappointment was definition of a small group tour. 20 people was not what I had in mind as a small group! Be prepared to always wait for your 20 person to be together. Otherwise good tour company.

1.00Purchased tickets which in my opinion are too expensive for the excursion you do . Some staff members in the e office very rude. Tour guide leaves you on your own and there is no guide to show you around or explain upu anything about anything. Long walk through a museum and artifacts which are interesting but you have probably seen i. Other museums around the world and in Paris especially. Some unique stuff for sure. Sitting chapel is amazing but once again guards want you to be quite and no pictures. At the end usual shops and souvenirs to buy. Basilica is not includes. We walked over there and we're able ok get in free in just 20 minutes. That is a must see in my opinion. Overall it is not necessary to buy this activity. You can do everything on your own and save your dollars or euros. Ticket is only 28 euros and the company charge you 80. For what? No special or expedited entrance. I felt everyone was going through the same lane and entrance and there were no special separate lanes for people who bought this ticket. In my opinion a complete rip off.

He explained everything clearly and made the whole journey to the museum far more interesting, fun, and as easy as possible. It was super helpful and I would definitely recommend him as your guide.

5.00This was a great tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, but the English was with a very thick accent so I think much was lost on that aspect.

4.00It was stressful trying to find office wasted alot of time. Was very crowded and works when got there. There was confusion about whether Basilica was included. Claudia our guide was informative. At times was a bit too much and tiring. Think was over priced. On the whole would say good experience.
