Carlos was our tour guide and he was spectacular! Delicious foods and drinks. Tons of history and culture to understand what we were having and why it was relevant to Scotland. We had an 11-year-old in tow who also had a blast! Highly highly recommend. Ask for Carlos!

Our tour guide, Nyssa, was an Edinburgh native and did a great job taking care of all of us and introducing us to Scottish delicacies. She went out of her way to explain and make suggestions to us. She even got us into the Fudge Kitchen to see them making the fudge. She was great!

My daughter and I had a tremendous experience with Joanne! She was knowledgeable, kind, informative and very helpful! She took us to some lovely quality spots where we tried amazing dishes and she was able to impart some history on the food we were eating which was really nice!

Fabulous tales and great insights from Joanne on the history of the city and how to taste whisky. She pointed out the hidden marks only the locals know that made us feel a little less foreign in the bustling city. Her knowledge in tasting and whisky advanced my knowledge in the nuisances of various regions. I especially appreciated the 3-levels of nosing technique. Highly recommended!

This tour was worth the time and money! Our guide Carlos was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We learned a lot about the city of Edinburgh and the country of Scotland, sampled some delicious food, and sipped on some local whiskey. Lots of history, laughs, and food were shared with new friends.
