These tiny, crispy shrimp are a local delicacy eaten whole. ✦ The Upper Town (Chorio): If you’re feeling active, climb the Kali Strata (500 stone steps) to reach the upper village for the best panoramic view in the Dodecanese.

4.00This is a very popular trip, which takes a couple of hours to get to and from Symi. The stop to swim was lovely and St George’s bay is stunning. Symi itself is beautiful with gorgeous views and pastel buildings.
Rhodes-not for everyone

2.00Rhodes was recommended to me by many people. We stayed in Rhodes near the old town near the beach. Our hotel was not the best as we were opposite a building site and the staff were not very helpful. Swimming pool was very small and freezing cold. The old town was lovely if your into the history side of things, we were not so found it a bit boring after 2 days. Did a couple of boat trips , very overcrowded boats , no information given whilst on board , all about how many people they can get on these trips. I would suggest going down to the harbour yourself to see the boats and ask about trips yourself rather than just book them by going by reviews . Again it depends what you like . Trips to Lindos and Symi island were ok but again if you like looking at towns and the history then these are for you but personally me and daughter found these boring . Overall not the best holiday we have had , do your research first!

4.00We had a great time, takes about 1.5 hours to get to St George’s bay, the water was lovely and Symi island was great to explore after and stop for lunch. The only downside was that the bar on board wasn’t taking card on the way back - I wasn’t sure why as it was card on the way there, so it was a long journey with no drinks/snacks

5.00What can I say it was just brilliant from start to finnish .The man who came to pick us up was very knowledgeable and humorous and was bang on time for the time they said they was going to be at the front of my hotel . st George’s bay was beautiful and it felt so good to take a swim in the crystal blue waters enjoying the cooling temperature on a very hot day .the boat was big and comfortable with nice refreshments and drinks to buy .Symi island was out of this world such a friendly little island with lots of quirky ,authentic shops and full of rich history .Would deffo recommend this tour !x

4.001 star less for the noisy boat and music Loved our day today with my daughter to Symi Island - such friendly professional staff that ensured everyone was comfortable and safe and having fun. I'd prefer an area to escape to which is less noisy - thankfully I took some earplugs which helped me - the boat trip is really long but so worth it ! Thank you for a great trip from start to finish !

5.00not to be missed, buy tickets directly at the port, and above all, take one of the two buses to Symi, to see the island from above and the villages in the bays. Because while Symi is a lovely little village, it is a shame not to take the tour; we have time in 3 hours. As for swimming in the bay, you must not miss that... plus, it’s funny to see part of the boat in the water with a noodle to float… it brings us all back to childhood...
The island was beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

5.00Great experience, would definitely recommend visiting Symi if you’re staying in Rhodes. Organisation was excellent, pick up was organised and the whole trip was planned perfectly. Would definitely book with half price tours again, especially with their pricing which beat a lot of other tour operators.
