Very informative and moving experience. Lots of outside walking and moving thru hot barracks. I should’ve wore shorts.

The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was very well organized. The museum is a must see place for everyone, especially for the younger generation so nothing like that never happens again.

Getting picked up and dropped off at the hotel was an added bonus to a well organised experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and whilst finding out about the events surrounding Auschwitz and Birkenheau was distressing it was done with the utmost respect.

This trip was one of the main reasons for visiting Poland. The trip was for our son, helping him with his history lessons. It was a moving and educational experience, learning about the memorial and hearing the stories of the prisoners and survivors. A powerful reminder of the importance of remembering the past. Our guide Tomasz was brilliant. He explained the trip and gave us great advice and company throughout the journey. Would highly recommend.

This company was recommended by a friend, so I booked them immediately—about 5–6 weeks in advance. It was nothing like what I expected. The description says “Pickup between 7–10am.” We were picked up at 10:55am. They told me the night before it would be 11am. Not catastrophic, but it meant we got back far later than we wanted. During the 1+ hour ride, we expected something—a film, some history, even a few words from the driver. Instead, he said nothing the entire time. No commentary, no context, just eight of us in a silent van making our own conversation. When we arrived, everything was disorganized and communication was nonexistent. We eventually found the right place, but don’t expect hand‑holding or even basic instructions. The guide wasn’t from the company; he was a museum‑assigned guide shared with at least one other group. There were about 20 of us. I wasn’t expecting a group that large, though we did see some even bigger. Our guide, Szymon (?), was completely uninspiring. Not engaging, not dynamic—just a man reciting the same script he’s clearly delivered 10,000 times. The museum itself was as moving, sorrowful, and infuriating as expected. Between the two camps, we had a rushed lunch break. We chose the lunch offered by the driver based on other reviews. The food was fine, but there was nowhere organized to sit, so we ate on a curb. After all the walking, it would’ve been nice to sit somewhere for more than a few minutes. Would we have had more time if pickup had actually been between 7–10am? No idea. At the second camp, the same unenthusiastic guide met us. We walked what felt like a mile before he said a single word. Total silence until the first stop. There was less to see in the second half, though it felt like more walking. When the tour ended, the guide simply vanished. No wrap‑up, no thank you, no final thoughts—not even a goodbye. We weren’t sure if we were lost or if the tour was over. We just made our way back to the van. I believe everyone should visit Auschwitz, especially with fascism rising again in many places in 2026. Never forget. But this tour was little more than an expensive ride to a place that already struggles with feeling like it’s herding people through like cattle. It didn’t deliver the education, nor experience it should have.

Well organised tour from start to finish. Prompt pickup and transfer in comfortable air conditioned mini bus. This is a walking tour so be prepared. The tour lasted 7 hours from start to finish. Simon the English speaking guide brought knowledge and passion that brought to life a most horrific period in modern history. A truly memorable experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent trip from start to finish. Although you know what Auschwitz is, you really need to go to fully understand what happened in more detail and pay your respects to all of the victims. Both the driver and guide were excellent, especially the guide who was so informative and sensitive. 5 out of 5, well worth the money. A must if you are visitind Krakow
