5.00I was able to book this tour for just myself. The weather was beautiful and our pilot introduced herself to us before the safety video. We had a smooth lift off and effortless landing. Jen was kind and knowledgeable. I got many great photos.

5.00Wonderful experience! The flight passed many San Fransisco landmark - downtown, Golden Gate Bridge, Alctraz and more. The staff and pilot were friendly and during the flight the pilot pointed out the locations and some history about them. The helicopter was convenient and not very noisy with the provided noise cancellation headphones.

3.00The experience was not great. It was foggy so the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz island were not visible at all. I know this is out of the tour companies control. My issue comes with the fact that considering we didn’t get to see the major attractions they still asked us to pay $15 for the picture they took outside the helicopter before takeoff. Considering the amount of money the tour costs it doesn’t seem unreasonable for them to give you the photo for free (let alone a partial refund) when both of the main attractions are unseeable. Bad business move if you’d like to have returning customers of recommendations.

5.00My grandson and I had a fabulous helicopter tour over San Francisco Bay. Our pilot was very experienced and had an incredible knowledge of all the sites we flew over, or near. My grandson sat in the front right seat, next to the pilot, and took a video during the entire flight. We just watched it on our TV....it is so cool! This is a one of a kind experience and you will not be disappointed!

5.00I would HIGHLY recommend taking this tour if you can. It is a wonderful experience seeing the bay area highlights - Alcatraz, Oracle Park and Golden Gate bridge to name a few - from a helicopter! Our pilot and the staff were fabulous, friendly and very helpful.
