After completing your booking, please contact us to confirm whether your transfer is from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh city centre, and provide the full pick-up and drop-off addresses. For airport collections, kindly also include your flight number and scheduled arrival time to ensure timely service. Your professional driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether at Edinburgh Airport or your selected location — and assist you with your luggage before commencing your comfortable one-way transfer to your destination. Please note that Meet & Greet inside the arrivals hall is not included as standard. This service can be arranged in advance for an additional £30, payable directly to the driver.

2.00The driver arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, after an exhausting flight, the vehicle was uncomfortably hot. When I asked about the air conditioning, the only solution offered was to keep the A/C on low while driving with the windows down, which didn’t make for a very comfortable ride. Considering the cost, I expected a more comfortable experience. In hindsight, an Uber would have been less expensive and likely just as satisfactory.

5.00Driver was very flexible and adjusted to our needs. The airline changed our arrival several times resulting in our arrival being changed from one day to another as well as multiple last minutes on the day of arrival. I highly recommend this service everything was perfect.

5.00Excellent service, good timing and perfect driving. Coild not have asked for a better experience in the 2 booked 8-seater minivans. Even when our flight was delayed by three hours Cabair was super flexible. We'll be back!
