Espiritu Santo Island is an incredible paradise that you will never forget!
The experience of swimming with sea lions is very nice, they are playful and they usually come close to interact with the swimmers.
(During the months of June, July, and August, swimming with sea lions in their rookery is not allowed, so we just see them from the boat and snorkel and/or hike at another site of the island)
We always try to take our clients to the beaches where there are less people, so that they get a unique experience with the feeling of adventure that we like so much.
Finally, learning about the history of the ancient settlers, the fauna and flora of the area, the current lifestyle of the locals, and being accompanied by marine biologist guides will make your day a very enriching one.
It can only be visited on boats with permits and certified guides.

What To Expect
Snorkel with friendly sea lions at Los Islotes (colony of over 600 sea lions). During June, July, and August (reproductive season) we snorkel at other sites, like rocky reefs that hopefully also have sea lions! Lunch on a sandy beach and turquoise water of the island (shade, benches, towels, ceviche, chips, water, and soda) Visit to points of interest on the island (abandoned pearl farm, mangroves, rock formations, and bird colonies). Chance to see dolphins, whales, and/or manta rays (mobulas).

5.00A highly recommended outing if you come to La Paz, especially with this team that Daniel and Christian put together. Very attentive from the beginning, both with studies in marine biology and with a lot of knowledge about the areas we visited. The food was very good and everything was prepared very quickly. The transportation was fast and comfortable. Everything was very enjoyable.

5.00We had an amazing adventure in La Paz, Mexico! One of the highlights of our trip was taking a panga boat tour around the island. The captain and deckhand were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They shared interesting information about the local marine life, the island’s history, and the surrounding area, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and being out on the water gave us a unique perspective of La Paz’s stunning coastline. The crew made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. If you’re visiting La Paz, I highly recommend taking this tour. It was a memorable experience and one of the best parts of our vacation. Thank you to the captain and deckhand for an unforgettable day on the water!

5.00Omar and Christian were a great team. Omar informed us of the marine life and island history. We made several stops along the way with narrative about what we saw or should look for. The secluded beach we stopped at for lunch was beautiful. We saw dolphins, sea lions, and devil rays jumping out of the water throughout the tour. The snorkeling area was very nice with beautiful waters and plenty of fish in the sea.

5.00Fernando and Christopher were knowledgeable and extremely kind that provided for an experience of a lifetime. My husband is not a strong swimmer and Fernando and Christopher made him so comfortable and made him feel safe enough to experience the water. Fernando went out of his way to ensure his experience was safe and fun. Thankful for these amazing guides!

5.00The tour was a great experience from the start. John and Christian were warm and inviting guides to have. We spent a good amount of time at each location and enjoyed lunch on a very quiet beach. All around I would recommend these guides and the experience to anyone.

5.00We had a great time with captain Alexis and marine biologist Esteban. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 teens. The meet up was easy to find. Make sure to use the restroom before the adventure and bring cash to tip your guides. The wildlife spotting was fantastic and we were excited to see baby sea lions. Snorkeling and the beach were stunning with crystal clear turquoise water. Lunch was light, refreshing, and so delicious. The ride back was choppy, which made one in our party thankful she took motion sickness medicine before the trip. This was one of our trip highlights and we would go again.

5.00Superb experience, enhanced by the knowledge and experiences of our guides Alexi and especially Fernando. A big thank you to them. They took the time to explain the many local species to us. We even got to observe a whale during the expedition, which was not planned. An experience to live and relive in their company, of course. We are still in awe. Thank you very much.

5.00A great experience visiting a beautiful beach on Espiritu Santo. Made two stops to snorkel on the way. Although the main sea lion colony was out of bounds due to their mating season we snorkelled in another area where one playful juvenile sea lion frolicked around us. Clara looked after us very well in and out of the water providing a delicious lunch of ceviche tostadas on the beach. Our captain, Alexis was very helpful and a kept us safe on the boat.
