What To Expect
Join us on our adventure boat ride through the Lynn Canal where we hug the shoreline while exploring hidden coves, waterfalls, rocky beaches, wildlife and MORE! On this fun-filled, two-hour adventure your captain will make multiple stops for photo opportunities and wildlife sightings. Occasionally, they will turn the engines off to give you the ability to take in the sights and sounds that make up our home here in the wilderness of Southeast Alaska. This intimate thrill-ride has you racing along sheer mountain walls in our custom-built ribs. Climb aboard a motorized raft styled identically to the boats that the US Coast Guard and Navy Seals use for search and rescue. With its deep hull, surrounded by inflatable tubes, our boats are designed to deliver a comfortable ride on any ocean condition. You will straddle our custom-made, shock-absorbing seats as we race by the steep granite walls of the deepest Fjord in North America.

Beautiful Boat Excursion

5.00This excursion was the highlight of our family trip! We saw seals, waterfalls, eagles, and mountains from a safe and well equipped boat. The staff including the naturalist and boat captain made it a personalized and fun experience. We highly recommend this for adults and older children who are able to sit on a “rodeo” like seat and are not afraid of some wind and rain. The views were glorious!

5.00One of the best excursions we have ever been on! Our family of 5 (ages 12-72) had a blast. Pickup at the cruise line was fast and easy, and after a 3 minute van ride we arrived at the harbor. We were suited up and in the boat in no time. You don’t need to wear any special clothes or shoes to the excursion. We immediately saw tons of seals on the rocks in multiple areas, eagles were numerous, and waterfalls were everywhere. Highly recommend for those that like adventure.

5.00We were looking for something adventurous in Skagway and this trip did the trick! Our guides Bevin and Nicolette were awesome, fun, and knowledgeable and made for a memorable experience! We saw harbor seals and tons of eagles- and learned a lot in the process! Definitely recommend for families with teens!

5.00WOW 🤯. Today was Skagway and the Ocean Raft Adventure 😱. High speed inflatable that took us to explore the breathtaking Lynn Canal; North America's deepest and longest fjord, in an ocean raft adventure on this “adrenaline-fueled sightseeing tour.” We were happy to have a warm and comfortable exposure suit. Multiple stops to see waterfalls, dozens of eagles, seals and a whale. Mix in several high speed donuts delighting almost everyone and it was AWESOME 🤩 Captain Bevin was our skilled Pilot and Breanna was our knowledgeable and sparkly Naturalist 🙏🏻

5.00Ocean Raft Alaska was great from initial communication all the way through the trip. Our naturalist, Nicolette and boat captain Nevins did a great job making the trip fun, pointing out landmarks and animals. They stopped for photos and were flexible so we could see what we wanted. They fitted everyone with warm suits so we were comfortable. Highly recommend.
