Motor City Musical brings Motown hits from musicians like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson 5 to the stage, celebrating the history of a genre that brought new life and rhythm to the American music scene.
Head to the GTS Theatre and settle into your seat as the curtain comes up on the cast of the Original Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach – Motor City Musical. Travel back to the swinging ’60s, a time when music broke down social barriers, changed lives, and brought Americans together over a shared love of soulful songs. Learn the story of Berry Gordy, whose Detroit recording studio put some of the last century’s biggest musical names on the global radar. NOTE: Trip Advisor Seats are in the BACK of the theatre and not able to be upgraded. For better seating order directly through the theatre.

5.00We really enjoyed this Motown show. We could tell all of the artists really enjoyed doing it and that they cared about the audience experience. Each entertainer was very talented. The theatre is relatively small so it was an intimate experience.

5.00Let me tell you !!!! ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING SHOW !! They NAILED EVERY SONG !!! My dad (wish he could have been there) would have raved about them also ! His music I grew up listening to and still do till day ! DONT PASS UP ON THIS SHOW !! It’s AMAZING !! The venue is perfect size !! They have snacks you can grab at the start and at the short intermission!! Can’t wait to see them again ! LFG !!!
