Wonderful experience learning how olives and lemons are grown and processed from a 4th generation farmer who was also our tour guide, Eugenio. Particularly interesting was learning how the lemon trees are grown by grafting them on to orange trees. The lunch was delicious and alone would have been worth what we paid for the entire tour. Also, Raffaele, another tour guide/family farm worker saw we were staying at a hotel closer to the farm and messaged me that the van would pick us up vs having to make our way to the starting point in Sorrento which saved us time in commuting and was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the tour.

This was such a fun and amazing experience from pick-up to drop off, the hosting family was communicative. We had such a lovely tour of the farm, again, the family so kind and welcoming. The lunch was very delicious and some of the best olive oil and lemoncello you can buy in Sorrento! Go on this excursion!

This was a wonderful experience! I attended with my sister (26 & 24), but our group had a wide age of participants from ~10-60+ years old. This is a great experience if you're looking to learn more about the history of lemon production in the region, experience an Italian farm and interact with some animals, and wrap up with a delicious home-cooked meal. The host family was so unbelievably hospitable and kind to all of us! We could feel the love and warmth throughout the entire experience.

This tour/experience at La Masseria farm was a wonderful and unique highlight to our 5 day stay in Sorrento. The farm itself is beautiful and has been in operation for over 100 years by the same family, currently being operated by the 3rd generation! The tour culminated with a spectacularly delicious light lunch where we enjoyed the fruits of their farm including their own olive oil, vegetables, lemons, pasta, aged meats, homemade red wine and of course their amazing limoncello. The family could not have been more warm and welcoming! When visiting Sorrento, I would urge you to enjoy a few hours at this beautiful working organic farm!

Love that it’s family owned. Food was excellent! Loved learning about their farm, how they harvest the fruit/olives and the time frames for growing. Also the difference of how the taste of the green olives differs in the oil vs the black olives.
