5.00It was an amazing and fun experience for our family of 5. Our guide, Diego was so kind and helpful, explaining everything and making us feel safe and comfortable. We had clear visability of the tortugas, corals, baracuda and many fishes. Ceynote caves and snorkeling was very refreshing in crystal clear cave water. It was a perfect ending to a half day trip. We didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. Snacks were 2 empanadas and a banana. If anything, i think they could give a bit more. Our driver, Carlos had everything ready & on time, he navigated the streets and roads like an expert. Derrick was our photographer and captured all the moments of this trip perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful day and experience Diego, Derrick & Carlos!

2.00Our guide was great especially since I didn’t realize snorkeling can cause Afib and I have a history! A few minutes in I experienced issues. Jorge pulled me along and I was able to see 2 turtles. The cenote was cool but it’s a little trek after my heart issues

5.00Caesar was a fantastic guide really knew his stuff. His English was clearly understandable even though he claims he learned from PlayStation. Guaranteed us to see turtles and he delivered! The Cenote was not as cold as he warned us it would be but was actually refreshing once we got used to the temperature. Weren’t warned of the $20 extra fee for admittance to the park.
