Jump, dive and swim a spectacular stretch of alpine stream in Brembana valley!
River trekking is a discipline that has recently been spreading in Italy and consists of walking stretches of streams and rivers, diving into pools of crystal clear water and swimming or letting yourself be carried away by the current.
Similar to canyoning, however in river trekking the use of harnesses or ropes is not foreseen, because less demanding stretches are run. It is therefore a fun, exciting and suitable activity for everyone, ideal for fully experiencing nature!

What To Expect
You will meet the guides at our base in San Pellegrino Terme, where you will receive the technical equipment and you will dress in our changing rooms. Then, with our shuttle you will reach the starting point of the route, in Val Taleggio. Here you will take part to a briefing where you will be explained the progression technique and how to behave in the river. So you will be ready to dive, swim and jump into the crystal clear waters of the stream, and you will experience an exciting adventure in full contact with nature. At the end of the route, our shuttle will take you back to the base.

1.00As an experience, it is very interesting, but do not do it with Bergamo XP. Personally, I found it inappropriate to have to change before and after (especially upon return when wet) in a children's park without even a gazebo or anything to limit the dressing, which takes place on a 1.5x1.5 meter sheet. Furthermore, from my point of view, 12 people together for such an activity is too many; the group should be a maximum of 6 to 8 people (the waiting times between descents/jumps are long, and you risk getting cold). I understand the need to optimize costs, but this seems excessive to me. Finally, they provide dates to choose from on the website; you sign up, pay, and then they call you and say it cannot be done, and you have to change the date or they will refund your money. If, as in my case, it is a gift, you are OBLIGATED to change the date (not very fair). Perhaps with another operator, it could become an experience remembered with more smiles. Moreno

5.00Spectacular experience. Trekking in the river that makes so much adrenaline flow, between rapids, jumps from 3-4 meters and climbing up rock walls. Three hours really flew. Excellent equipment with wetsuits helmets and harnesses provided by the organization. Excellent guides who explained well where we were and how to deal with each obstacle.

5.00Amazing and adrenaline experience to do river trekking in the company of Asia a wonderful guide. Very difficult the route if you are not prepared, but even without preparation the guide follows you all the way without ever leaving you alone. We had a great time!

5.00Wonderful experience in contact with nature and full of adrenaline. Diving, climbing and slides in the river .. My friends gave it to me without my knowledge because I am a chronic fright but thanks to patient instructors and 'psychologists' I managed to overcome my limits .. great people and great experience! I will return
Fantastic experience to do together as a family. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.
