We learned so much about cooking in general and about cooking with chocolate in so many different ways. From appetizers to dessert, we made a delicious meal with a friendly, patient and knowledgeable host chef! I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it! It was SO much fun!

This was a great experience. Lot's of hands on while making interesting and delicious dishes in a home kitchen. Andrea our chef was informative and answered all of our questions. An added benefit - a lesson in knife skills.

This was a really great experience! With Torino being known as the chocolate capital in Italy, we felt this was a must-do, and it certainly did not disappoint! Andrea and his wife Caterina were very welcoming. They had all the ingredients laid out when we arrived. Throughout the entire cooking portion, Andrea was nice enough to provide tips with respect to the food, as well as the proper techniques for rolling out pasta, knife skills, etc. He was always more than happy to answer any questions that my wife and I had. When it was time to sit down and eat, we really enjoyed the food a lot. We loved the uniqueness of the use of chocolate as well as the local/typical cuisine of Piedmont and Torino. Even better was the company and conversation with Andrea, Caterina, and a family friend, Marcello, who also assisted. If you are in Torino, we highly recommend that you do not pass this up!
