Gary the tour guide is very knowledgeable and gives very good commentary, combined with extremely informative stories and articles relating to the war in Darwin and how close the Japanese came to taking over Darwin.

I've always maintained the best way to learn about a pace you visit is through a local and Garry was no exception to this. The iconic Aussie tour guide. Very knowledgeable with a story for everything so you get to learn more than you might read in a tour guide. We booked very last minute and he was able to accommodate the three of us. He even did a small detour with the group to show us where the old Vesty's factory used to be as we had a family connection. Garry's tour didn't stop for us after he dropped us home. We were able to learn that a relative of ours, who was a nurse on the hospital ship hit during the Darwin bombing, was killed through Garry's book. A truely enjoyable and enlightening experience. Thank you.

Thought description was misleading - includes entrance fee not fees as only went to one place. Provides refreshments was a few lollies, no water or anything else was offered. Was in car whole time when could have easily got out at wharf, heritage house or esplanade for stretch, take photos and to see more clearly what Gary was talking about. Gary is wealth of knowledge who knows his stuff but at $280 for us we’d expect a little more

Very informative tour and delivered with a sense of humor. Garry is an iconic Australian Tour guide. Lots of local information on Darwin we would have not otherwise known. The Aviation Museum is also a must do.
