The class was cancelled, because it “was peak season”!! It’s actually not peak season and I booked this almost 6 weeks ago. Probably because they don’t like single guests mucking up the numbers. Same thing happened with my booking in Catalina.

A wonderful lunch and afternoon spent with Graziella and Anna as they cooked (and I helped, or was hindered? :-) ) a delicious Sicilian menu with accompanying wine. Beautiful views out over the bay towards Palermo on a sunny afternoon. If you love food, wine and great company this is a must! Grazie mille ad entrambi

When one thinks of a cooking lesson in Italy, you may visualize it taking place in a charming kitchen. This experience from the moment we arrived was, as they say in Italy, was senza parola (without words or speechless)! Viviana greeted us at the gate and showed us to her beautiful garden overlooking the sea with her table set like something out of a movie! We met her husband and enjoyed a glass of wine. They were so warm and welcoming to us. Viviana presented us with her menu. We went into her kitchen where we joined her at the table preparing her selections. Afterwards, we sat outside together and enjoyed great wine, food and experienced a bit of la dolce vita!
