We had the most amazing time on our private tour! From the history behind chichen itza, the photos taken by our guide, the delicious authentic food, to the beautiful blue waters of the cenote. It was all impeccable! Our tour guide Manuel "Manny" was outstanding. He was full of knowledge, friendly, accommodating and did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely book your excursions with them again!

TLDR - worth every penny. Ivan was absolutely great. Do not have any reservations in booking with them We did 2 tours on our recent trip to cancun. We did the Chichen Itza as well as Akumal sea turtles. First off, our first trip had an issue. Our driver got into an accident on the way to get us. Mike gave us the opportunity to refund or book for the next day. We chose to keep the booking. The chichen itza tour makes for a super long day, which is why its worth the extra cost to do it as a private tour. they come and get you right from your hotel. no multiple stops to get other people. This is especially huge on your way back when you kinda just want to get back to your room. The tour itself was great. so much history about chichen itza and the area. what made it even better was having Ivan as our guide. He has so much knowledge about what hes talking to you about. and he really kept you engaged with everything he was teaching about. Afterwards going swimming in the cenote was fun and refreshing. The food from the little restaurant in vollidad was delicious. again Ivan giving us so much history about the area. we got to get free drinks because of having to wait a day due to the issue the previous day The turtles at akumal was so cool. being able to swim and have these beautiful sea turtles basically come right up to you was so wild. Almost not real. The real difference maker and one of the main reasons you should book with Tours with Mike was our guide Ivan. He was like touring and hanging out with one of your friends who lives in the area. You can tell Ivan has a ton of knowledge and passion for his people and culture. We learned a ton from him. He does alot to go the extra mile was well. He answered every question we had about the area, people, culture, etc. We kept talking about mangos and how the mangos we have back home sucks. So after the turtles he said were going to stop somewhere and took us to a little stand to grab some fresh mango which was delicious. We were all hungry so he took us to this great roadside spot for tacos(not part of the tour) Bottom line is yes they are more expensive that regular tours, but i would not hesitate to do it all over again

Manny did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. If you want a guide that will make the trip fun for all and take a bunch of pictures along the way, he's your guy. Dennis was a great driver, getting us back to our hotel by 3:30. Highly recommend them.

Safe, knowledgeable, and reliable! Great communication, easy to work with to set up a couple’s tour of Chichen Itza. Our tour guide Manny picked us up right on time and had exceptional historical and cultural knowledge of the ancient civilization here.

All pros. Pickup and dropoff makes for a much more relaxing experience when doing an excursion. Ivan is nice, very fun, and extremely knowledgeable and informative about everything Chichen Itza and beyond. I would absolutely rebook ANY of the excursions with this company, and plan on booking through them when I'm in the area in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous day trip with Manny. My husband and I deliberated whether to do a small group or private and private was worth it. With 3 children, the sites are around 2-2.5 hrs away. Private tour allowed stops for snacks and toilet breaks which a coach wouldn't. Manny was really caring and appreciated the importance of family photos. Just having these and someone looking after us was worth it. Plus the history and education was fabulous. The restaurant was amazing especially blue tacos and the cenote was a great experience. My youngest son was quite hesitant as it was so deep but you all have life jackets. We wore water shoes, but lots didn't. Private tour also allows you to miss the crowds. It is a long day, but would have been much longer and tiring with the kids if on a bus. It is a lovely tour company and thank you Manny for the care and attention and history! It was truly unforgettable.
