You don't want authentic Colombian food, you don't like getting away from the tourist trap, learning about the city history and culture. Because you're going to get a lot of it on this tour. Raymond helped us experience some of the best street food & Drinks in Medellin. He gives great insight on the process of how some of these dishes are prepared and how it's enjoyed in Columbia. He also exposed us to the more chill neighborhoods that most of us foreigners don't know of or think to venture into. I liked it and had a great time!!! I would take this tour again just to catch up on what's happening in the city even if I haven't been here in sometime. Bring your walking shoes, a empty belly and all the questions because this tour guide has the scoop on a lot of stuff. It was like hanging with a old friend. Thanks again Raymond!

I have a short time in Medellín and this was perfect!! Raymond was amazing and very knowledgable, not only on the food but also on Colombia and Medellin's history and more! We tried many things from typical meal, savoury street food, sweet street food, Colombian fruits, juices, Colombian beers and more! You get to choose your flavour or ask for recommendations - My favourite was the arepa de chocolo which is a like a sweet arepa with cheese and condescended milk and more! It was a new combination of food for me and it was the best thing ever!! We walked from local neighbourhoods through to more tourist neighbourhoods great for getting to know the area especially with a guide. Raymond speaks both Spanish and English for whatever your preference is! He was super fun and lovely to spend time with! I Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time walking around and sampling the food and drinks at so many shops in the Provenza area of Medellin. Our guide, Raymond was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, including catering to our personal preferences (BF can't eat ice cream) and a completely unplanned birthday surprise for him. Raymond also took photos of us along the way, which I appreciated as a memento. Raymond knows the area well and is bilingual as the American child of Colombian parents. Bring a doggy bag!! There was SO much food. As good as the food was, I enjoyed learning about the area even more. It's VERY lively, and was just coming to life as we wrapped up our adventure in the evening. Truly a perfect evening in Medellin.

Raymond was a great host. It was my wife’s birthday and we just moved to Medellin and we wanted to get to know the neighborhood. Because we are already familiar with the local Colombian food Raymond had to change his tour to accommodate us. He did an excellent job. The walk around the neighborhood was really easy. We stopped at a couple tiendas and had some local beers along the way. (Raymond is also an owner of a local nail salon. Don’t forget to ask him about that.) I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our local food tour in Medellin today, the tour itself was great but our tourguide Raymond made it special and personal. He was very easygoing, had great knowledge of the area and the culture and was just a great guy to have around. We really recommend booking a tour (especially with Raymond) if you want to taste and experience the local culture.
