Admire the stunning natural scenery of the Karst Plateau as you drive out into the countryside. Make your way through small traditional villages, you will stop at various osmizas on the way and learn about the history of this Slovenian-influenced tradition that dates back to the 18th century. You will taste different cured meats, cheese, and egg and of course, you will try various local wines. After the tour, your guide will take you back to Trieste center.
